Vevocart

We purchased VevoCart Premium v6.4 (incl. VevoPay 1.0) in January 2017. Had a few issues setting it up, but eventually got it going. The problems started when we tried to integrate our Payment Gateway into the system. Together with the purchase of the software came a pathetic 1 month support. After contacting the so-called support team of VevoCart and asking for assistance in this matter, we were told that we have pay a customization fee. Then our " 1 month of non-support" expired on 24th of Feb 2017. So now we can't even send any form of e-mail to VevoCart, unless of course we pay an additional $180 per month, for the priveledge of sending emails! This of course still does not entitle us to ANY form assistance to integrate our payment gateway. This week I advised my client to remove this useless VevoCart system and replace it with nopCommerce. We have already set up the store, AND our Payment Gateway is ALREADY integrated. I would strongly advise anyone against purchasing VevoCart. Rather go with one of the more popular systems, like nopCommerce, OpenCart or Spottify!

The latest version of VevoCart is very much improved, it is a really good choice of e-commerce software considering the price. Keep up your good work, VevoCart Team.

It has a lot of feature that can support your e-commerce business. I am very like Facebook Commerce and eBay Publishing because it support another channel to sell product that can increasing my earning.

I tried VevoCart and really like it. The website is well-designed and quite easy to use.

There’re many features I can turn on/off by the online store manager but there’re many features so I do not understand how to set some of them.

On the other note, I wish to see more themes to choose.

I used the early version of VevoCart a few years ago. I am now using version 6 and it's much improved and easier to customize. Marketing features is promising. I plan to upgrade to multi shop edition in the near future.

I bought Vevocart online about a month ago. I decided to choose Vevocart because I’m interested in its rich features. It has all features I need for opening my store. The installation is not complicated, I can set up my store spending only a bit of time. The version I use is 6.0. I like the quick view feature coz it can help my customers decreasing time of clicking back and forth when they’re viewing products. They just point their mouse over the product image to click the quick view button

I'm a C# developer as well as running a small business. I started writing shopping carts for my clients few years back. My clients were small clients those were looking for customized shopping cart solutions at a price that they could afford. I sooner realized that the price I receive from my clients for writing and maintaining customized shopping carts is too small comparing to number of hours I spend on those projects. I then started looking for 3rd party shopping carts that require minimum coding effort and allow customization as per my client needs. I faced two problems during my search. First, there were not much ASP.Net shopping carts available.

Second, the available shopping carts did not provide customized solutions or they were missing features required by my clients. Then I found VevoCart.

I was so happy after I used this that I cannot find words to describe this.

I have never found a shopping cart, except VevoCart, that provides so many options of customization with large number of features at a price that is absolutely affordable. My coding effort has reduced to just 25% now using VevoCart and I've never found a scenario where a feature was requested by my client that was missing in VevoCart or I couldn't do it in VevoCart using its available source code. At the same time I want to suggest that next versions of VevoCart should focus on making Front-end and Back-end more loosely coupled. Sometime I've feeling that VevoCart front-end is integrated with back-end in such a way that if some of my client someday requires a front-end design that is totally different than the layout VevoCart templates provide it'll be a difficult task to achieve.

I switched from another .net solution and very pleased with vevocart. I do not require to purchase add on. All features are inlcuded.

The cart is ready to use, I am very much happy that I start my store within 3 weeks.

On the other note, i need helps from support to install VevoPay which i do not know about it at first. other than that, i find that it's straightforward to install.

so far so good, i must say VevoCart is a solid solution and the $195 usd is very reasonable. highly recommend!

Yes we did have some of the options in the old software as well but now we see that SEO is easier, we have Facebook cart, Blog, Coupons, Reward Point System and can do Departments, do combination of products as package deal. As for the technical help the help so far has been great we get answers within 24 hours (except weekend). The answers are professional and solve the problems. On the beginning with Installation we had some problems but it was the hosting Server not up to date and not the VevoCart Software and that now is all sorted. The problem was with the Hosting Company blaming the software but on the end it was the other way round.

We are a Web design / Hosting supplier to our customers and have already 4 Customers interested in Purchasing the product just from us talking about it. It will mean we Host and Install the Cart for them and now have the experience to perform this much quicker. It will be great working together with this Shopping Cart Solution.

I'm using deluxe 5.1. The program has all features as I want. The store design & layout is nice , stylish theme & color, and friendly interface.

however, some functions are not quite completed. VevoCart can calculate the FedEx shipping rate during the checkout process but there is no realtime package tracking feature.

On the other note, i find that customer support takes good care of me but they cannot help customer much to customize features nor change behavior in the program.

Also, they should add more contents about features, database diagram, customization guide.
