Cashbook Complete a non supportive sofware accounting package, very basic with a few problems . Support is limited and the software is that as well. Try another accounting package.

Excellent Cash Book/ledger For Voluntary Treasurer
Being a qualified accountant and a member of Rotary International I have found this FREE software an excellent tool for the inexperienced Treasurer who is looking for a simple way to prepare a Cash Book, do a Bank Reconciliation & a generate a simple Balance Sheet.

Quite Good But Limited
Invoicing is flexible but sample shows limits of tax calculations. Only GST and then it shows 12.5% on the sample - a real worry that this has not been adapted properly for Australia. BAS data is poor.
This is quite an old review, so it's possible that you inadvertently set your country to New Zealand at the time. We do keep the software up to date with the latest GST rates and reporting requirements. For Australian use, the Cashbook now supports "Simpler BAS" that the ATO introduced in July 2017.

I Cannot Understand Why This Software In My Opinio
I cannot understand why this software in my opinion is such a well kept secret, I have been using this along with a couple of other big brands and much prefer this for its ease of use and power. Would recommend Acclaim Software Cashbook Complete Vc
