Have been using this garage for many years. There may have been a change of ownership over the recent years as its has moved from the original owner to being run by a member of the family. Its established and some of the engineers are competent and through that work on the car. I think you will get a reasonably good level of service, however beware of the tactics of the front desk manager who often will call you up when you car is being serviced and point out things that need to be fixed at highly inflated prices. Do not be suckered into this, its been a recent thing - as previous this would not have occurred. Also ensure that you get quotes of local garages as well - as sometimes the prices to do work other than general services are way too high.

We have taken our cars here for a number of years even though we live on the other side of the city. My husband had a lot of problems with his car after driving over an exhaust in the road which lead to many problems and cost a bit due to complications. They kept us informed and did their upmost to keep costs down. Baldwins Lane Service Station were always professional and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
