Do Not Buy

Save your money and steer clear. My £1000 sofa has fallen apart after 6 months and I’m informed by these clowns that it’s wear and tear. The seams have split on the main seat making it look 10 years old. Wish I’d read the reviews and used a more reputable dealer. Unfortunately for them I don’t give up and I’ll be taking this to trading standards. Save yourself the stress and the cash and go to the high street stores. These people are con-merchants and an absolute disgrace!

Do Not Buy From This Company

If you want to waste your time and money,then buy all means but a sofa from here, if it steer clear. Bought a sofa in April, delivered may, wasnt the original one we picked, but they had problems getting tgat one, so ordered a more expensive sifa, wish we hadn't, material started bobbling g after 2 and a half months, contacted them on 2nd August to be told it is wear and tear. I did not agree as a sofa should last longer than that, fastforwrda 5 weeks,through numerous phone calls,each one promising me a call back, which has never happened, I've always had to call them, to be finally told, yep it is wear and tear, heres a £45 goodwill gesture and partial refund, needless to say I declined, have gave them one final chance and then I will be starting proceedings against them.

Absolute Terrible Company Which Causes Unnecessary Stress

I ordered a Corner sofa and waited about 2 month for delivery and the delivery day arrived they wrote the wrong details down and said they tried delivering it to me and then tried charging me the 50£ delivery fee again even though is was their fault. After finally receiving the sofa 2 Romanian guys turned up and dragged my brand new sofa across the floor and banged it off every wall in my house. Please stay well away from this company! I was going to take them to trading standards because they tried offering me a £30 refund at first!!!

I would give them negative 10 stars if I could.

I ordered from these idiots, the chairs are so inferior. Had them for 3 months, now there require a replacement. No one to contact. The contact number initially given has been cut off. No office to report complaints to. They definitely need shutting down

1 Star Is Too High! Avoid At All Cost!

not normally one to write bad reviews as not much bothered but I would stay well clear from these sellers! Not only did they tell me I had a time slot from 11am-4.00pm because we had a family meal booked from 4.30 to which they said no problem too. we had literally no phone call or text message on the day they was meant to be bringing the sofa and decided to finally get in contact and say someone is 10 mins away at half 5 when we weren’t home. I asked for my £50 delivery charge to which they refused also saying we would then need to wait another week for rearranging delivery but they also wanted another £50 when it was there fault we wasn't in. HONESTLY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING WAS SPOKEN TO IN A HORRIFIC MANOR BY THE DRIVER AND THE STORE ITSELF.. WE WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO TRADING STANDARDS!!! AS HOW THEY HAVE TREATED OVER THE £50 DEPOSIT REFUND IS TERRIBLE NOW WE ARE LEFT WITH NO SOFA & LOOSING OUT ON £50 WHICH TO SOME PEOPLE IS ALOT OF MONEY!!!

I was about to order from them.that was until I read the terrible reviews .isnt it strange how a couple of outstanding reviews pop up obviously written by themselves .my god trading standards need to close these people down .my money will be going to a reputable company not ignorant merchants.

Ordered a mattress 23rd Nov checked order status on 4th Dec informed of delivery date on 8th Dec and delivery made as stated on 10th Dec. Mattress delivered was as ordered so very pleased with this company.

The worst company i have ever dealt with, ordered item 9 weeks ago still have not received it numerous phonecalls, emails to no avail. The man you get to speak to never apologises, has a dont give a dam attitude. They took my money fast enough, i would never use this company again

Worst Transaction Ever Made

I ordered some bedroom furniture from this place as they advertise delivery 1 -2 weeks later, some 68 emails later and over 6 weeks I have finally got a refund for items that are not even in the country yet. They don't answer their phones and never return voicemails, they hide behind computers and emails and are quite frankly extremely rude, they will happily send you emails containing misleading and false information by the second and when I asked for the chaps manager name and contact details he told me " send it to me and I'll forward unless of course you speak Chinese " which gives you a sample of what you can expect to deal with - stay well clear. The one thing I did receive was damaged

Ordered Online No Confirmation No Answer Of Calls

Placed an order online some days ago was advised would get a confirmation email nothing rang and left messages nothing emailed nothing obviously not going to get anything please please do not use this company now have to get my money back!!! If I'm wrong I will review again but I have a bad feeling A VERY BAD FEELING
