Avoid this lot .....

I got my P c 12 month ago been back 4 times.

last time it was away 6 weeks for a replacement graphic card....

When the p c came back last tuesday the pc had a dint in the case the orignal mother board had been removed and a cheap on put in it my sound card had gone , graphic card they put in is cheap , the wireless arial as bee smashed off.....

Now no one is answering the phones and when i went to the company in person i got a cocky little man who would not help out and just shut the door.....

I have got in touch with trading standards about this But could be too late i think they have done a runner ........

Bought a Delta GT4 - I seem to have been one of the lucky ones as mine actually arrived within 12 days & works

Problem is - its not as their advertised spec.

NO Graphics card or multimedia card slots or a firewire card & only 6 usb's instead of 14

Tried contacting company but thier phone just rings off the hook.

Suspect thaey have gone bust as a result of all the bad publicity???

Shane as the PC is really fast

Can anyone else confirm they are still trading? as if not Guarantees is worthless

I bought a next day delivery dorado gt 4 from them and after one week I still don't have it. They're customer service is less than 0 , unhelpful and you have to try for 100 times to call them until they answer. Definitely the worst company ever, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Try to avoid it. I don't know how come it still survives and the standard authority doesn't do anything about this cowboy company. Stay out of buying stuff from them. Cube 247 sucks!!!

Bought a computer that never worked from day one

their engineers are the laziest pigs in the world,they will

over the phone try as much as possible to avoid any work or responsibility.

Computer went to manufacturer 2weeks later came back worse than before.

they don't specify that the windows software is only on licesne for 30 days.

please avoid the void company.

Most expensive computer I've ever bought (never again!) and the worst, being totally unreliable, I've ever owned. Didn't work from day one, I dropped it off and picked it up as I live local to them. 3 graphic cards and even a motherboard that I can remember about. High staff turnover so different person working on it each time I dropped it off. Refused a refund or replacement.

Can't believe trading standards haven't gripped this shower, as I've never come across service this bad anywhere, ever.

Worst customer service I've experienced from a PC re-seller!

I bought a system off them on Tuesday, arrived Thursday. Box is Dead on arrival. Contacted them today, went through the standard checks to confirm it's dead. Box needs replacing so they pick it up today, replacement here Tuesday. I need it now, not Tuesday so I asked for one straight away. They refused, and I can see why as they've been victim to problems in the past. No problem with that.

I offered to pay for a new box to be sent out today for receipt Saturday and refunded when the old box gets there on Monday. They won't do it as it's "against company policy". What's the problem? I've offered to pay for a new one! My wife (a manager for a large multi-national company) spoke to their customer manager as I'm not great on the telephone and instantly had her back put up by their attitude. Completely inflexible, bordering on rude - and ignorant of good customer service practice.

Doesn't bode well for the future if I ever encountered a problem, does it? Then they told me it'd take 30 days to refund my purchase if I cancelled! Talk about insult to injury - I cancelled the order on the spot.

I'm self-employed and need a Windows PC to work (doing this on my trusty Linux laptop). That'll be 6 days not working - more than the PC cost! Thanks for nothing!

Good prices for the units, but bloody appalling customer service - I'd recommend avoiding after my dealings with them.

computer resonable quality runs noisy, cannot recomend because any problems under guarentee requires item to be returned to origional manufacturer via cube, I have been waiting three months for a replacement Graphics card, you may be lucky I was not.

Here I am at tuesday waiting for my 'Next day delivery guaranteed' PC which I ordered last Friday from cube247 . Been trying to get in contact with a customer service rep at cube 247 all weekend , which i only managed to do yesterday afternoon . Weekend sales staff useless and dont want to help but are happy to take your money. Been sat here on my busted old laptop waiting cant do nothing on here but surf the net so I thought i would go through the reviews online they have of cube. Marple Moment ALL THIER 5 STAR REVIEWS ON TRUST PILOTE WAS REVIEWED ON THE SAME AY ???????????? and seeing that all the other messages that seemed genuine was written weeks apart and given an average of 1 star im really starting to be get worried . Ive posted them an email asking whether it has been dispatched and on the website it states it hasnt ????? She guarantee me yesterday afternoon that i was dispatched days ago an it has been sat at interlink depot all weekend becuase it missed he trucker for saturday night deliery ?????? Bought a Delta GT4 after a friend recommended Cube, for £579 I am extremely impressed! It features an amazing 6 core processor and loads of memory. This thing flies!

I use the PC for General Office work, such as Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook. I can have all these applications open at once and because it has a graphics card it means I can use dual screens which again is fantastic, I am using 2x Samsung SyncMaster XL2370 which are simply beautiful.

I have been looking around for a new PC and I hate buying PCs! I never know which to buy. I have had several different PC's in my past, all which have been either too slow or unreliable.

Calling Cube I expecting pretty much the same as everywhere I had called. However I was pleasantly surprised when the sales guy told me that I didn't need to spend extra money as I was buying something I wouldn't use. Very helpful sales team, not trying to sell you thing you don't need is also a bonus in my opinion!

Order a Delphinus GT4, tremendous system and so far so good! Hopefully I have finally found a good computer company!
