Remodelling my kitchen and found all the items I needed at competitive prices. Even better - I was able to negotiate a bundle price. Availability is variable with many manufacturers at present so although my new kitchen isn't ready for them yet, I took those items they had in stock and they're in my garage. Hopefully the remainder will be in stock when my kitchen installer needs them, but they are 'integrated' items which will just slot into the cabinets as available.

Delivery of the items I have was bang-on time (even a little early) and the driver was very efficient and courteous.

Delivery was smooth with the new product delivered in to the property and unpacked and the old one taken away by the two guys who did a great job and also messaged me the evening before with an eta for the following morning to which they were bang on time. Will use again, thank you.

From choosing our fridge freezer at the warehouse to the delivery everything was easy and when we wanted it . The item is kept until you require it and if you change your mind about the delivery date you can . The staff and delivery drivers are friendly and ring you when they are coming . Excellent company shall use again . Thank you

Tried to purchase an AEG washer dryer. each time the basket crashed and said it was empty. on one attempt it told me my delivery was booked for may 1899!!

Theres not quick chat option to talk to anyone to try to fix it.

Bought a French Style fridge freezer Samsung brand at cheapest price I could find. Unit delivered had a factory fault no issue with Appliance City. Samsung said they would replace but they replace through supplier so Appliance City replaced. Unfortunately the guys who delivered were subcontracted on this occasion and struggled to get the fridge freezer in. Appliance City sorted the problem and sent two of their own guys who were mega professional and had it in in less than half an hour. Would order again but for big items will ask for their own staff.

This is the first time we have used Appliance City & we have been very impressed by the friendly & efficient service right from the start with the friendly & knowledgeable sales person who told us everything we needed to know about our Miele Vented Tumble Dryer. He took our order & payment we were impressed with the 2 day delivery service. We were told we would be contacted an hour prior to our delivery & given a time slot 9am-12noon. Our tumble dryer was delivered at 9.30am by 2 smart looking friendly & helpful delivery men. They unpacked it in front of us & we checked for any damages of which there were none. They took our old tumble dryer away & can honestly say we received amazing service.

We thought we had a problem with our tumble dryer & again we received first class service. Appliance City contacted the manufacturer & decided there was a fault so they were going to arrange to deliver a replacement dryer but then my Husband checked the air vent was connected properly & it wasn’t, which was our fault. We phoned Appliance City who were pleased we had found the problem & we have been more than happy with our new dryer since.

We will definitely use Appliancre City again & would highly recommend them to family friends & everyone in general.

The customer experience is brilliant, from the purchase through to the delivery. The sales staff were knowledgeable and helpful, the delivery drivers were helpful too. I would recommend Appliance City to anyone. The hob is as described and the drivers checked that the glass was undamaged. The overall experience has been great

Ordered an item online. Received an email acknowledgment stating someone would be in touch within 3-5 working days to discuss delivery.

Turns out item wasn’t in stock but only found out when I rang to chase progress. Delivery will be at least 10-14 days! Obviously Appliance City don’t tell you this as you might order from elsewhere - as I would have done. In fact I saw it cheaper on another website but didn’t order because it wasn’t in stock!

This is not the way to do business. I won’t order anything else from them and will active discourage others.

Staff very helpful. Delivery was exceptional, two fab guys were so careful delivering our American Fridge Freezer, Washing Machine and Dishwasher.

Friendly and a very pleasant experience in an otherwise stressful move.

Appliance City were the only provider we could find that could source all the kitchen appliances from the brands that we wanted and at very competitive prices too.

The sales advisors were very helpful over the phone, changing delivery dates at short notice and ensuring that our deliveries came on a suitable sized vehicle for our road that has access issues.

So we were already feeling good about the company before we met the delivery guys today. But the two guys I dealt with went way beyond the level of service we would expect. The massive and incredibly heavy American fridge freezer wouldn't quite fit through the front door and rather than just leave it on our door step, they picked it up and carried it over rough ground and through narrow gaps along a path to the rear of the street, through the obstacles of our building site of a garden before delivering it safely to our kitchen. This was not a short 10 second pick up - it took a serious effort on their part. Even our builders were impressed with the efforts. Thanks boys!

Admittedly we haven't had chance to unpack things yet but we've no reason to expect any problems, and so as it stands we are very happy to recommend Appliance City.
