I ordered some boots for my girlfriend but i accidentally ordered the wrong size. My girlfriends birthday was in two weeks i though i was done for but i sent them back. With no hesitation they sent me the right size and i got them before her birthday. Now me and all my buddies only do are shopping there.

after over a month since placing the order i got here wrong size boot and bindings some minor flaws on board Ive tried contacting these people over a dozen times thus far i haven't heard from them in over two weeks i know the sent items reached their ware house now i am stuck with a deck and no way for my son to use his Christmas gift these people are very tricky and not very good with customer services i will never buy from these people again despite their so called deals they offer

Ordered a Snowboard and bindings from BoardsForLess.com for a Christmas present. Items arrived on time, however Board was damaged and there's no evidence it happened during shipment. A section of the topcoat, about 7" long and 2" wide was cracked and pulled completely off the Board. There was no damage to the box, or pieces of the topcoat in the box, which indicates it was shipped like that. The receipt I printed mentions, in tiny print, that there were some "minor cosmetic issues" with the board, but believe me, this isn't a minor cosmetic thing. It makes the board look terrible. Customer Service: non-existent. Multiple emails go un-answered. Phone calls go to a voicemail box that is full and won't take additional messages.

Summary: Buyer beware. I suspect they unload items purchased at damaged auctions and then remain silent if there's any customer dissatisfaction. I'd never order from these schysters again.

I just bought 2 tennis rackets for my daughter. They are perfect. She loves them. I placed my order on a Thursday and received my package on Monday. Great price. Great company. I will order from them again soon.

They are complete con artists pushing fake tennis raquets.

I bought two Babolat raquets that were pronounced as forgeries by the Babolat rep and looked, weighed and played differently. I wasted over $200. They described them as "European" or some such. Lies.

Other people have had issues with snowboards as well, with them selling damaged goods as new, etc.

DO NOT BUY from them.

discs were made of plastic although they were pictureD as metal. Item took forever to arrive to me (order place on 12/7 received on 1/11) i paid 9.99 for shipping to wait a month i get the package they only paid .95 (the reason it took so long to get to me was cuz they paid .78 and it was sent back to recoup the .95 and yet i paid 9.99 WHY?) DEF STAY AWAY FROM THESE JOKERS

Cheap brand name boards, burton and such. I found a 5% off coupon on retailmenot. enter in "robert" when checking out for it. the customer service wasnt as bad as people are letting on. My board arrived as described and fairly quickly. I have to say that Im not too keen on the site layout.

I recommend staying away from this shop, not all good deals are worth pursuing. Too many complaints all over the web about this shop. I regret buying from them, got a good deal on an unusable item...
