I've always had great things to say about mecca bingo have backed them up on forums etc now I see it from those peoples eyes. I added a new card months ago used it to deposit now a rare withdrawal and it goes to my old card and bank account that I no longer have access to the money is now not accessible to me. If I deposited with one card and tired to withdraw to another it wouldn't be allowed so why are they allowed to. Poor customer service. Not responding on emails. 72 hrs verification is now 10 days long. I think someone by the looks of the reviews and complaints needs to look how they are conducting their business. Poor poor poor

Won 3 times never had a problem withdrawing money previous to these 3 times then all 3 times I'm declined it bounces back to Mecca account with only £14.15 in the account each time. I first won £20 then £80 then £50 so you can imagine having 14.15 bouncing back each time is infuriating then I tried withdrawing the £14.15 that bounces back also it's the same card I'm putting money on with, does not make sense. No one to speak to.

This site is a money grab,you'll never win on the slots or the bingo. You'll pre buy books that don't appear when your game starts but conveniently the money has been taken for them. I recently booked a surprise party at Hartlepool. I made a mistake when booking and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. They were patient with me and rang me back exactly when they said they would. I want to especially mention the ladies who sorted out the party and I’m really looking forward to seeing them on the party night. I really hope they see the review and management appreciate what fantastic staff they have.

Distribution of good tickets got shown up lately when linked to club for big games as can't control clubs as 90% of wins went there haha, that got scrapped quick as people caught on, well! Some thought it only applied in that game lol maybe worked there?
