I was trying to log in to an account I didn't even know I had. My email address had apparently already been registered although I'd never used the account and must have registered years ago so there was no way I was ever going to pass security!! I didn't know my username or password. I even said close my account so I could re register but they wouldn't do that. I spoke to the most rude and unhelpful advisor who was basically a robot who kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Asked to complain and was then told couldn't complain as I hadn't passed verification. I said there was no reason why a manager couldn't speak to me and that I would hold as long it takes to speak to someone because on principal I thought there was no way was gonna be treated like this. Was put on hold and manager wouldn't speak to me and then advisor hung up on me and told me he was going to do so as there was nothing more he could do. I think its atrocious customer service that they would rather lose a potential customer than help me and also that they think its appropriate to hang up on a customer rather than a manager speak to me. My advice is never use sky!

Wow! Where to begin...Love everything about this site. They have many bingo rooms to choose from, the chat moderators are awesome, customer service is A+, payouts reach my account in 4-10 days. And most of all...it's a lot of fun!

i like the fact you get cheaper bingo games to make your money go further as well as the fact you can also meet new friends on the site. One thing oi would say is a downfall is the fact that you don't get the choice to play by yourself the computer does it automatically for you it kind of takes the fun out of it abit. I like the fact that you get specific days to win big money i think there should be days you get cheaper bingo games with large money i feel it would bring more people to play bingo i also think you should get more bonuses like free money or games for people that play more often maybe if you play so many times a month you get a percentage of your money back to play with or even prizes. Prizes could also be used in games aswell instead of money in some games that would make it alot more interesting.

Wide variety of games with ticket prices to suit all budgets. Well informed of big cash prize games. Just wish loading from lobby to game was a bit quicker x overall great bingoing experience :)

Sky bingo is a great bingo site to play on. Although there's not many chat games (thats why I have giving it a 4 star review) there is still plenty of other great games to play.

I think they should be more rooms with more free games
