Tempted By Their Fictional Low Prices/ Clickbait Grrr
I am fed up with search results that show prices that are never available/
I was looking for a cheap car rental and the travelsupermatkrt.com said "Car rental from £3.85 per day but when you click the link and search the site the cheapest rental was over £400 a week?? I fond this with so many so-called compare sites and it is such a waste of our time following these links which are obviously click bait.

Lost 12K even having a 5 Star Insurance Company.
Had all the Policy Cover but Tower Claims just classified as Cancellations whereas I was falling under 4 sections

I will recommend my Friends not to use Travel Supermarket at all.
Finally what was the point of taking a Fake Policy when it don’t covers your Family Holiday as I was the caretaker for the whole period and felt helpless even after taking the relevant Cover & was leftover with an Whooping Financial Burden of £12000 plus the negativity feeling of been looted by different people at different occasions.
Thanks for the Expensive Lesson to all of us & made our Journey From Heaven to Hell.

WARNING - PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE "TRAIN GENIUS" (LINKED WITH TRAVELSUPERMARKET) AND BEWARE THEIR DEVIOUS STAFF
I ordered train tickets online from "TrainGenius" (part of Travelsupermarket) and paid £41.50. Tickets were to be posted by Royal Mail and reach me in "3-5 working days". Tickets didn't turn up in that time frame. I phoned the number given on their website to enquire as to their whereabouts and after 5 minutes on hold spoke to "Chanel".
Chanel said she would have to speak to her supervisor, and put me on hold (another 8 minutes). She came back and told me, to my absolute dismay that "there is nothing we can do". I asked her to confirm that what she in fact meant was "tough luck mate, your tickets are lost and you've lost your money" and she did!
I asked to speak to her supervisor and was put on hold again (9 minutes this time), before a person from the Arbroath call centre came on the line. To cut a very long discussion short, he washed his grubby hands of all responsibility and repeated the "not our fault, nothing we can do" mantra. He refused to refund me, refused to send out another set of tickets, refused to send out a replacement set of tickets even if I paid again for them to be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery this time and indeed refused to help in any way, shape or form. He insisted my problem was with Royal Mail, not TrainGenius. He was the most unhelpful customer care individual I have ever had the misfortune to encounter.
I informed him my problem was with TrainGenius, whom I'd paid £41.50 for train tickets I hadn't received, and explained the law to him, in that my contract was with TrainGenius, whom I paid my money to, and NOT Royal Mail. The person I dealt with had a real problem understanding this, and perhaps has been promoted to a position that is well beyond his capabilities, or is in need of further training, or both.
As it is, the conversation ended with the person I dealt with refusing point blank to refund me or send replacement tickets or help in any way. Apparently, if you pay £41.50 to TrainGenius for train tickets (part of Travelsupermarket) and they don't send them or they don't turn up - TOUGH! This company take money from customers and treat them with utter contempt. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM
Would Not Reccomend
Every single flight I looked at increased by at least £400.00 by the time I got to buying the ticket. Their site is totally misleading, they should not be allowed to advertise goods they cannot provide.
600 K Away From Hotel And Then Hotel Another 50k From City
Dreadful operator. Booked a break in Bologna. Flights were in to Geneva in Switzerland some 600K away from Bologna with the hotel in Ferrera which is 50K from bologna.
All in the small print of course. I'm so glad I spotted it.

The Prices Are Never As They Seem
After searching for multiple holidays on this site I found that when I went to book on every single one the price had 'changed/was outdated' by around £400. What is the point in using this site when the information they give is a lie? I recommend using direct sites rather than this rubbish.
Where's Inspire Gone?
I actually loved travel supermarket, mainly because you did not have to select a destination. I have good and average holidays but enjoyed the inspire me option and to be fair the average holidays were so cheap that you still could not moan to much. Please bring back the inspire me option.
They Endorse Opopdo On There Site Worse Company On The Plant
I have always trusted travel supermarket and used them ,so when I saw a company called opopdo on there site I thought they would be fine big mistake I book two flights with them I have not heard from them in over a week but they took my money I have rang them four time to be told lie after lie so I contected the airline myself to fine that they have booked my flights but
Have only booked my Bag one way so rang opopdo again and was told to go and pay the airline myself for the bag and then seek a refund from themselfs but after looking at reviews for opopdo online I can see so many complaints and people don't get there money back please look at the reviews for them and don't use them , I have now lost my trust in travel supermarket now
Hotel Parking
I was flying out of Gatwick a couple of weeks ago and stayed at the Acorn Lodge. My car ended up being parked at The Cambridge for 10 days. Arrived back 10 days later and was dropped off to collect the car. Even though it was dark I could still make out all the bird poo that covered it. Turning on the wipers and washers made it worse. The next morning it really did look a site, and I had to have it pressure washed. Beware, if you leave your car with these people it very likely will end up under one of the numerous trees and a flock of pigeons will heartily defecate all over it. Find a parking facility that has no trees!
