Good Guys And Corally Kings!
Over the past year I've sold off all my Traxxas junk. Product may be good, but I just got tired of Traxxas attitude and arrogance. Of all the brands I've replaced them with, Team Corally is now my favorite, and a big part of that is RC Hobby Explosion. I learned about them from a big Corally Facebook forum where they are really popular. Just a rock solid company and they have what you need. I've bought a Kagama 6S, Syncro 4, Asuga, and now the new Kagama 4S. Love em all and RC Hobby Explosion has the parts for all, even an older Corally Dementor I traded for.

Best Team Corally Parts Store Online
I just received my 4th order of Corally parts and these guys are amazing! They actually have more Corally parts and upgrades in stock than anyone I can find including the actual manufacturer website. There are a bunch of 7075 aluminum upgrades that either no one else carries or they just don't have them. RC Hobby Explosion does. There keeping my Kagama and Asuga in top shape. Shipping is pretty fast too. Cool!

Run.... Controlling To The Worst Level
Terrible experience. I had been out of the RC hobby for 5+ years and had not purchased an RC in over 10 years. My first go around I purchased 5 Traxxas' at HobbyTown. I decided to sell all of them on Marketplace (8 days) to get out of the hobby and pay down some debt. Well, all it did was add fuel to the fire and I was hooked and ready to spend money and boy did I. I bought 3 Team Corallys from these piece of works and then purchased at least 3 other models. Upon receiving all 3 Corallys, I wasn't too pleased with the looks of one and started emailing them to talk about what my options were. Well, apparently, they do not like that AT ALL. I was berated via email about how I should have watched YouTube videos to see how they look (Nawwww, I never thought of that), got lengthy emails about how they don't make any money on these units and just overall sparky and quite frankly, sticking responses. I have all of our email threads saved. It got to the point where I literally say, "At this point I don't even care about sending the car back, this is about how you've decided to treat me as a customer spending $2k in a week". That is not easy money. So, then they had to have a meeting, then call me back. We'll, I'm on the interstate working when manager calls and I miss my exit on an interstate while out of town. Long story short, he controlled the conversation from the initial minute, had his entire decision made beforehand from their meeting and didnt even want to hear if I was ok with the decision. No, not at all. Not in this planet or another; however, he wouldn't know that because his first sentence to me was, "No matter what you feel about this decision today, let's try and be amicable". Really? You made a decision without consulting or asking me and then want to control the outcome of said decision concerning my reaction. He said they've decided to accept the return and that they cancelled all my other orders as well! What? I said, so you're accepting the return (of which I just told him I didn't want to anymore). I just wanted them to take responsibility for the way they were treating me when I mentioned what are my options. All in all I was ok with the car, but my 1st order in 10 years nearly and nvr done business with them before. Seems they really treat you like a criminal if you even mention a return. So, after saying I didn't feel the need to return the item after we spoke, he literally said, "You need to find another vendor to order from from now on and we've cancelled all your other orders". I said, that's not what I want at all. He said, "What do you mean, we're giving you exactly what you wanted". Ummmm, you didn't read my emails thoroughly with service (whom I had multiple with and the only person) all one thread. He so wanted to accomplish his discrimination. Oh, someone mentioned a return, so now we'll discriminate against them. He proudly said, "We are a Christian based business". My God, run when someone says that. Let your actions speak, not some snake oil, used car salesman tactics. So, I never sent any of the 3 Team Corally's back and didn't want any of my other orders cancelled. So no Mr Manager, I did not get exactly what I wanted. You narcissisticly contorted things to fit your discrimination tactics and agenda. But hey, thank GOD for the internet. It is now my mission to expose your behaviors. This review comes only after I tried to place another order and I wanted 4 more cars because I've decided Team Corally actually is the brand I love. They kicked my money back and cancelled the order without so much as an email. These people literally blocked me in the system from placing orders. These discriminatory peddling vendors are the lowest type of "listening" to the customer I've ever seen. They belittle first, control the rest. Stay away, please message me to find out who I love working with instead. Complete 180° customer service experience. We'll RC Hobby Explosion, this review will explode all over on every avenue. Hope being a complete religious, controlling narcissist was worth all the media you'll receive. Should have just asked me what I would have liked to do. But hey, some things in life are learned the hard way. Only way some guys learn.

Awesome prices on RC parts and a broad selection. Got everything I needed in the mail today. They also have some great customer service. They’re kind and tell you everything you need to know.
However, it would be nice if they emailed you the tracking number for your package.

They were great to work with. My order was shipped and arrived rather quickly. I accidentally purchased something out of stock and they were quick to contact me with options. I will for sure be purchasing more from them. I honestly shopped around first but it's really hard to beat they're prices.

I stumbled across this place Googling for Traxxas parts a month or so ago. I’ve now ordered from them three time and they will be my go to for replacement parts and upgrades going forward. Originally called to get some information on what was wrong with my car, super professional, way more knowledgeable than I could have imagined. Hot me on the right path to getting my car up and running again. When I was able to order unfortunately the part was it of stock, I emailed to ask about if they were going to be getting more and got a solid answer, not a vague "when we get more" answer. Part came available, I ordered and the in a new battery and got shopping confirmation within a couple hours, impressive. Received a couple days later and boom, exactly what I needed. Now my boys are happy with their "new" car, and I can get back to my new hobby! Definitely would recommend, so much in fact I'm already looking at upgrading and getting more stuff!
