Get Your Own Taxi
We booked a private transfer from the airport to our accommodation in Corralejo and a return also.
We went to the advised agent – Canary shuttle who took our voucher – which clearly states Corralejo and our address. There were no drivers so we were told we would have to get a regular taxi from the taxi rank. They gave a me a piece of paper to hand to the taxi drivers and said just give this to the driver you don’t need to pay anything.
We queued up and eventually got a taxi. After around 20 mins I hadn’t noticed any signs for Corralejo so I checked google maps and discovered he was driving us south from the airport – Corralejo is to the north.
I told him we were going to Corralejo and he said “no we were going to some other place” (can’t remember the name). He also told us that Corralejo was a lot closer to the airport so God knows where we would have ended up. The driver said not to worry and turned around to go back to the airport. We assumed there had been a mistake and he would sort it out with Canary Shuttle.
We arrived at the airport and he went into the office to sort it out however he came back and asked me to go to the office. The Canary shuttle person then told me that they had a different address to the one on my voucher. I showed them the voucher again and said it clearly states the address in Corralejo. They said that was not their information and basically told me that they would not pay the driver to take us to our destination. We could pay for our own taxi or sort our own transport out. I rang the UK helpline and after holding for ages was eventually told there had been a problem and that I should get a taxi, pay for it myself and put a complaint in. We got back into another long queue at the taxi rank and got our own taxi.
Having had the issue on the way out I rang the UK helpline a day or two before the return trip to make sure there would be no repeat, as I was concerned that if a wrong address had been given on the way out then the taxi might go to the wrong place for the return pick up.
I spoke with someone who told me that everything had been resolved and there would be no issue.
We were due to be picked up at 11:35. When there was no sign of a driver, and after waiting 25 minutes, I tried the agent number and the emergency agent number as stated on the voucher multiple times but go no answer from either number. There is not much point in giving out these numbers if they are never answered. I then rang the UK number and spoke with someone and explained there was no taxi. Having been put on hold for what seemed like ages I was informed that the taxi had indeed gone to the wrong location and there was no time for him to come back to get us.
We were told to get our own taxi, get a receipt and put a complaint in – Déjà vu!!!! This was pretty stressful as we were concerned that we could miss our flight home. We might as well have just turned up and booked our own taxis in the first place.

I’d Recommend You Run!!
Don’t use this lot unless you want problems with your transfers.
They are extremely unprofessional and you can never guarantee that they will turn up. This is less than ideal when you have a flight to catch. In the past we haven’t had problems, they have transferred us from Kalkan to Dalaman several times, I’ve had them transfer me to a lot of hotels in turkey but this time it went majorly wrong . Received e mails saying ‘ dear sir, our supplier says that some of your flight details are missing we cannot therefore provide the transfer!! This simply wasn’t true. I had checked with the airline and all was fine.
This wasn’t something I was willing to put up with so I booked a taxi instead. More expensive but will get you to the destination.
Not recommend atall but especially for family’s with children or women on their own. They don’t care about your welfare.
You have been warned!!!!

You Book A Luxury Car, Get A Minibus
Booked and paid for a luxury car transfer for 2. Paid in advance. Its a shambles at the airport, you get offered a minibus with everyone else. Finally, after a long argument, a minibus on your own. Beware

Disappointing. We booked a return service from Faro airport. We had a little delay at the airport on arrival, we were looking for a driver holding up our name but our name was on a list of names held by someone just past the pick up area. The journey to our hotel was fine and the car was very comfortable. Our return journey was cancelled. We had a scheduled early pick up of 3.45 am, We received a text message at 11.30pm to cancel the pickup and advise we had to make other arrangements, luckily we were able to book an uber. I appreciate things go wrong and so on my return home, I requested a refund for the return journey that wasn't provided. This should have been processed quickly as I provided supporting information, however 4 weeks later and I've had no contact from the company to resolve or a refund. Ive had to raise a claim via paypal. Poor customer service :(

Avoid At All Costs!!
Please avoid at all costs. Use suntransfers instead.
Our experience with this company has been nothing less than appalling. Our experience is summarised as follows on our recent trip to Barcelona with a 10 month old baby.
1. You are not met by a driver at the airport, you are met by a rep who then calls a driver. Eventually 20 minutes later you are in a car. Just got to the cab rank you'll be far quicker and cheaper.
2. Despite confirming with the company and the rep where we were going the driver went the complete opposite direction for 30 minutes, not until we asked where they were taking us did it become apparent they were going somewhere else entirely. As such what should have been an hour journey ended up taking 2 hours and 15 minutes.
3. The style of driving we received for our "Premium package" could be described as white knuckle. Despite being in heavy traffic the driver would rev the engine and race up behind the car in front, tail gate them for about a mile then heavily hammer on the brakes when we reached traffic despite it being a sea of red brake lights from some distance away. No apology was ever offered for the delay or the manner in which she was driving despite our very audible concerns.
3. The customer service is APPALLING!! We first waited a month for this company to confirm we had gone in the wrong direction. Apparently the cars are limited to 100km/h so that makes the driving style totally safe and our concerns are totally unwarranted. They advised the local company would give us a small refund. On emailing back advising we were not satisfied with the small refund they were offering we received no response, after 3 weeks of emailing every day we finally received and email advising it basically wasn't their problem. They had our money they weren't going to look into the matter any further and we should be on our way.
Most people will not read this but for those that have I would implore you to not risk dealing with these people.

No problem being picked up it was the return pick up they never turned up after complaining and explained that we were there 15 minutes early the person who investaged insisted that the pick up shuttle was there. My argument as we were instructed by the drop of driver that we were to return to this taxi pick up point but no shuttle arrived they are saying they were there. We just made the plane by minutes this was stressful and at 79yrs and paying 97Euros to get to the airport we could have well done without. Reading many reviews like mine this company needs to investigate the criminality of what’s going on..

Avoid Using Holiday Taxis
AVOID: Shuttle bus failed to collect us, to take us back to the airport, leaving us stranded. Fortunately, we managed to get a public taxi to the airport, just in time to catch our flight home. Complained to Holiday Taxis Customer Relations, and asked them to reimburse us for the €45 taxi fare, that their failure to honour our contract had cost us. Holiday Taxis supplier then fabricated a story about what happened, and even though their story didn’t make sense, and clearly breached Holiday Taxis own T&Cs, Holiday Taxis showed absolutely zero interest in resolving the matter fairly, and after 9 emails to them I had to give up.

Terrible Service.
Our party of 8 booked a transfer from Chania airport(Crete) to our hotel & return. On arrival we proceeded to a desk, as instructed, only to be told our driver was not at the airport & we would need to wait a further 20 mins. This was not acceptable & so cancelled & made other arrangements. On applying for a refund we were informed that a 20min wait was, in their opinion, acceptable & could even be up to a 1 hour wait & still fall within their terms & conditions. KEEP WELL CLEAR of this company unless you don't mind sitting on your case in arrivals watching the remaining passengers depart for their hotel.

Shuttle Never Came. Almost Missed My Flight
The transfer shuttle from Kemer to Antalya Airport never came. Due to the lack of communication between HolodayTaxis and the supplier Atik Tours, the shuttle came to a different hotel in a different city, instead of our hotel. I had to pay 100 EUR out of pocket for a taxi, so we didn't miss our flight. I'm never using this website ever again, and I'm pretty sure they won't reimburse the extra cost to the airport and the price of the original tickets. Avoid this site.

Do Not Use.
Never gave me my refund for a service I never used. would be assured i’d be refunded yet when I stated this on call and email, was DISMISSED and blamed even thought they had not made this clear, bare in mind this was a month in advance. I had also tried to cancel the service online which it gave me no option to, just stated it was confirmed??? and then suddenly a month later my money is taken . An unfair system , DO NOT USE.
