Reserved a transport for 6 luggage’s and got a car that had to put luggage in front seat. No air-conditioning and way too much car air freshener to cover the bad odor.

Complaining only generated justification for poor service. I cannot complain, fee was cheap and the service even cheaper!

Buyer beware!

The cars are always on time and we only use this service when coming or going from CdG. I recommend this service

Driverd was nice and friendly. It was nice that driver told different areas In Paris. Show buildings and overall chat to us.

We always use this company for our Paris train stations transfers as they have always delivered, promptly and on time.

The driver was late for pick up , we was wait for 30mins after we arrival. Also the driver tire flat when he pick up us in hotel , we also wait for 30 mins for another driver come. Very bed experienced

Such a good service, driver was waiting just outside baggage claim and our flight was 40 minutes early !

Great...yet again! Driver was right on time for pick up and trip to Aiport not a problem. He loaded and unloaded our luggage and was very polite and friendly. Will certainly be using Paris Black Cabs again!

Preliminary information was kind and detail, which gave me more relaxed and confortable. At the airport, we could easily contact with your driver.

Driver was also very nice, safe and accurate drive with many instruction of What to be seen in Paris.

We booked a trip to CDG airport from our hotel in Paris. Driver came into hotel lobby to look for us when he had arrived. He very patiently waited while we did some last minute packing. It was a smooth drive to the airport. Ride was comfortable and car was clean. Simple and fuss free service that I would use again. Just pay the driver cash at the end of the journey.

I was scheduled to arrive at 6am, which is what I stated in the booking form.

However, I realised that I had ordered a tourist pass which I could only collect from the airport's tourist info that opened at 7.15am.

They messaged around 6.20am to check if I had arrived. I told them of my situation, and they said they would wait.

Unfortunately, the tourist info only opened around 7.25am, but they still managed to send me to my hotel. I think they scheduled another driver to do this. Also, it was supposed to be a shared service, but I had the vehicle to myself (I was going to the outskirts of Paris, so I don't think many people would have shared with me anyway.)

All in all, great service. I apologise for the inconvienced I caused!
