I use BA transfer regularly for business travel and find the booking process super easy and quick, and the customer service excellent.
Drivers are helpful and professional, but most of all it's great value with a really good reward programme which means I've been able to take occasional free personal trips due to all the trips I've taken for work. I often check against other providers and it's consistently the cheapest option for airport transfers.

I had over 30 journeys with this company (the airportonly subsidiary). But on the last booking that I made for my elderly parents, the driver claimed my guests had to pay this additional fee because he had to wait for them at the airport. However, he had their flight information and chose to enter the parking area before he should have. Don't believe it when they say the fee is set and there are no other charges.
I have complained many times about this to the company and had no apology and no offer of a refund. I am not reporting the issue with trading standards and the TfL private hire body, and I'm going to continue to pursue a full refund.
This was the worst consumer experience of my parents' life, as the driver was extremely rude, wouldn't help them with their luggage, drove like a complete maniac wall the way back from Gatwick and the company couldn't care less about their customers.
I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Even that is more than what they deserve.
Whatever you do, do not choose this company.

Always Late
Without fail, drivers are always late. Usually 15 to 20 minutes, tonight driver broke the record of 45 minutes late. For visitors from overseas, this is extremely frustrated and annoying. Instructions are often unclear and drivers cannot communicate. If the service does not improve, no one will use BAtransfer.

What kind of cab firm cancels your 4am cab to the airport at 2am? Yep, BA Transfer... 2 hours before we were due to leave whilst we were asleep the taxi that had been booked and paid for was cancelled. My advice is to take your custom elsewhere, they are not worth the stress and potential costs and inconvenience of missing your flight.

Absolutly The Worst Experience Ever
Don't use this company! The driver not there, didn't call the number he was given. Lied and said he did call, so did the office. The driver unsure were to go at the airport!! Didn't even manage to pay for parking ticket... Office not service minded at all, put on hold listening to the "wonderful" commercial on how good company they are. Yeah right! Took forever to cancel other bookings. Never ever using it again and no recommendation!
Worst Service Ever
If you want to end up in an airport waiting for your travel home from your holiday, then book this company!! drop of was very good punctual, and it was early, got back at 8.15 pm myself, 4 Adults and two children, 9 and a baby, tired but happy after our holiday, looked for driver, no sign. Phoned company, we had been cancelled, nobody knew why. So ok send another mini bus?? ..don't have one.. get another taxi. Getting slightly irate by now, and rather cold, I explained that a baby seat was needed, I had booked them, I had received a tx at 4.30 to say our driver would be there, so get us a bus and get us home, kids cold, upset, tired, and so was I. 3 hours later two taxis arrive and off we go, it gets better, I get CHARGED for both cabs, to tired to notice I was signed on arrival home!! which I had to argue a refund, AND I get charged the cancellation fee!! non negotiable even though I didn't cancel. Get yourself a reputable company don't spoil your holiday guys

Dangerous, Rude, Unprofessional
As you can see I asked for a car, 30 minutes after I landed at 18.02 - so I was expecting the car at 18.32 but the driver did not arrive until after 7. We had to the car park other children and loads of luggage - the reason we booked a large car - so no help from the driver. Plus wrong information provided when we called at 18.40 that the driver was already in the terminal. After arguing with your office about this, the driver decides to talk on the phone whilst driving and also stopping on the side of the motorway - putting all of us at risk. Can you please as a management company tell me whether this is acceptable to you?
Do you expect really your customers to pay after a service like this? I will be going online to write about you and share with the BBC the videos and pictures of your driver on the phone and stopping. Your office kindly offered me a discount of £10 - which is not acceptable given the events. Rude, unprofessional , dangerous, and without a clue about the taxi business frankly.

Out Would Journey Great. Return Journey Not Good At All.
The return journey to Heathrow was in a nut shell dangerous , driver very tired , kept closing his eyes, rubbing his face and head!!
Charged us more money, even though I tried to show him our email, he kept saying no his email says different., that we said we were being dropped off at terminal 3 not 5!!!
Tried to phone the office , no reply .
They did answer hours later said they would speak to driver!!!!

Did Not Show Up - Unreliable And Irresponsible
They just did not show up!!! Called to chase them and they put me on hold for a while then said the car broke down. There's nothing they can do. No compensation whatsoever.
