Enviro Glaze of Chelmsford installed a thermo dynamic water heater in my house. It failed within the guarantee period. In spite of three occasions being arranged for them to carry out the repair nothing has happened. Their receptionist is good at apologizing but will not put telephone calls through to her superior.

After six weeks without the hot water heater working I am fed up. Being polite does not work with this company. They are not reliable. Their guarantee is worthless.

A salesperson came to visit me on Thurs 19 December and I signed up for one of the above magic heating boxes, which was installed yesterday, 22 December. I am amazed at the expediency of this. Also the courtesy which I have been extended over the short period between sale and installation of this item; but I would also like to commend the person, The person who installed my equipment he is such a 'nice', polite and helpful person. Nothing was too much problem for him and he never left a speck of dirt,dust or rubbish behind when he finally left at 10.00 pm with a 2 hour drive home to look forward to.

So I am, at this moment, very happy with my installation from Enviroglas

I found the Central Heating Management installer to be totally focussed on the job that he had to do and made every effort to complete it to he very best of his ability, even going so far as to check the underfloor pipes when he was having problems locating them in the simpler place.

The electrician (I am sorry to say that I can't remember his name) was also very accommodating when I asked for the ability to set the heating temperature over a 24 hour period rather than simply install a mechanism that enabled me to set the start and end of the heating period.

When there was unfortunately a leak on one of the radiators that had a new heating valve added, Customer Services and Emma in particular, provided an engineer to check the problem the same day. Unfortunately that particular engineer was unable to fix the problem that day but after a 'phone call explaining the problem a further engineer was sent out two days later and he was then able to fix the problem.

I have experienced a high degree of after care from the Customer Services Dept. and also, perhaps to a slightly lesser degree, to the engineers that came out to fix the problem.

I have since found a new problem, not as it happens to the installation, but a problem I had with an interruption of the power supply. Again the Customer Services Dept. and again in particular the manager, I have once again an appointment with an engineer to fix the problem.

At the moment I am unable to provide any Value for Money rating because the product has not been installed long enough to properly make an accurate evaluation.

Had window and Front door fitted to house .Early start quick finish, Clean workmanship. All looks very nice and modern now.

I am very happy with the lean-to conservatory completed in November 2013 with beading to the second of two toplights. The previous private drainage run which ran diagonally across the former rear patio has been sealed effectively by the strip foundations beneath the conservatory plinth walls. The twin bolted inspection cover obtained from Harlow Wickes has therefore been returned unused.

The opal polycarbonate roof has withstood all precipitation following an initial storm and has been miraculously undamaged following gale force winds in February 2014 which dislodged apparently life expired bargeboard to the gable end of my west side neighbours' roof.

The internal lighting of the conservatory linked to an existing kitchen circuit is fully operational, however, one double plug socket in the internal plinth wall of the 5.0m wide "front" elevation to the rear garden is not "live", e.g. when I try to use my Wolf electric lawnmower.

I am satisfied with the performance of the Pilkington energy efficient double glazed windows and matching French double doors and plan to use part of the conservatory as a mini physiotherapy gym when funds permit.

We have recently had our facias and soffit and guttering done by enviroglaze, and we have had many compliments on how fresh my house now looks, we are very happy with the work that has been done, have now placed an order for a new patio door.

I had a new kitchen fitted by enviroglaze last year and it's fabulous!

We have have had many compliments from friends and family.

It's not only great to look at, it's strong and sturdy and stunning.

We sourced some of the appliances ourselves.

We love the colour and the gloss on the cabinets, Nice clean looking and easy to keep it looking great.

Good use of space giving masses of storage.

New door installed about 1 year ago and fits and works well. Recommended to all for a replacement.
