Schecter 006 DLX

This was my first guitar I bought after weeks of online research. As my budget was strict and I had to buy an amp as well, I decided to buy an amp that is better than a guitar, since this will define a lot of my tone. Schecter came up as a company that embraces quality and even their Korean-made series were supposed to be good. As a matter of fact they are. Awesome build, very solid guitar and hardware that is second to none for the price.

Mine came in satin black (SBLK) and the paint job is very good, although after three years of playing it has its wear and tear, though still looks fantastic (apart from the fact that dust likes it very much).

The only downfalls to this beauty are problems with slightly uneven height of frets (noticeable only when playing low gauge strings on low tunings, and it might be this particular piece) and not really good pickups.

The first issue can be easily fixed by a good luthier. The second requires a luthier and some good pickups (for this guitar I'd recommend definitely Dimebuckers or Merlin Hellfire).
