I bought a tap back in three years ago with a five years guarantee now the tap is faulty they Sade can't do anything with that because they Sade now the company has been sold to somebody else so now be aware of the guarantee
Avoid Like The Plague
Bought a nice tap for a good price. Unit is faulty so emailed them and got no response. Emailed a few more times and tried calling for about 4 hours and no-one ever answered, have initiated refund through RBS MasterCard.
Please do not use......cowboys.

Still No Refund
Having had no goods a curt email agreeing to cancel but no refund I have placed the problem in the hands of my credit card company. All readers beware they have a rating of 3.4/5 on web search but if you look at their feedback it should be closer to 1.5/5. The feedback rating tool is corrupt.
I will continue to input these feedback reports every time I have checked my credit card and seen no refund.
Glad I read this and others as I had emailed them today 15 April about a bath panel, having already been defrauded by bathpanelstore.co.uk.
Delayed Order And Then Delayed Refund Upon Cancellation
Given no information or lied to with regards delays and delivery dates. Highly unprofessional and uncaring after sales.
Waited 1 month for a good to be delivered. Then cancelled and waiting more than 1 month for refund.
Highly unlikely to get refund, avoid like the plague.
Site professes to give 100% satisfaction, I'd hate to see what 50% looks like

Take Money And Hold On To It
Wish I'd read reviews before parting with my credit card details. Over £500 order which didn't arrive. After a week I was told it would be next week next week it will be here by end of this week. Having had 2 broken promises I cancelled the order, Now told it will be 30 days to process a refund. Oh no it doesn't it takes 10 minutes to refund on the credit card. They don't operate the hours they state, their telephone manner is useless. Beware they are not a good company to do business with.
To end on a positive I gave the order to Tapstore yesterday at 11.15 arrived today 8.15 fantastic service.
I have reported this business to thier local Trading Standards team in Kent at .

Taps4less Aka Truerooms
In June I ordered a bath from Truerooms the website that had informed me that my product was in stock. Next day received an email that informed me that my product had been dispatched then the same week another mail from Taps4Less (I now know they are one and the same company!!) that advised they were having problems with the supplier.
By August 14th having cancelled the plumber 3 times I telephoned and explained that as they could not advise me when they would be able to deliver, I explained that regrettably I would have to cancel my order with them bearing in mind by that point they had held my cash for almost eight weeks, I was also told that my money would be returned almost immediately. I duly sent them an email confirming my telephone conversation (by this time I was dealing exclusively with Taps4Less) and advised that I would be monitoring my account for the return of my cash.
I called the on the 17th August and was told in no uncertain manner it was 30 days on returns!! Of course I pointed out that it was not a return as they had never supplied the goods. And I should not have to wait 30 days when they had already had my cash in excess of 6 weeks
I notified my Bank concerning the payment Made by card and foolishly gave Taps4Less more time, bad mistake on my part as a holiday and ill health caused me to miss the time I had to pursue them through the bank by 2 days.
Taking up the cudgels once more I relentlessly phoned on 10th,22nd and 26th October each time being told it would be in my bank by the following ....Friday, Monday Wednesday.
In November I contacted trading Standards following their advice sent a letter to True room by recorded delivery quoting distance selling laws and citing they had broken their own agreement in terms of returning money and set out a date that my money should be returned to my bank account and the steps I would take both legally and legislatively; I emailed copies of that letter to Truerooms and to Taps4less.
Today the 22nd November I've checked my account and wonder upon wonders My cash was deposited on the 16th November Two days from the date of my letter.
The moral of this, bearing in mind I'd had to buy another bath to replace the one originally purchased; DON'T trust either company don't delay in pursuing your cash back through your credit card company, and if all else fails get the big guns out and follow advice from Trading Standards Institute.
I did however.......find another excellent online trader to rescue me from a major dilemma.
And I wonder who those satisfied customers really are? Mickey and Minnie Mouse perhaps

Similar to all the other reviews I had to cancel my order once I determined the item I required was not in stock for some time. At the time of ordering, there is no indication as to whether the items are in stock.
I waited until the 30 days refund policy had expired and all I got on the phone was excuses (their accounts Dept only work on a Friday)!!
I then contacted the safebuy site for assistance in getting my refund. They informed me that they had received so many complaints about Taps4Less that they had suspended theit membership!! Consequently, they were doubtful whether they could assist me.
I have now left the matter with my credit card company.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The website looks great, call at the showroom and they are helpful and seem to be efficient.
Order your items and that's when it all goes wrong.
We placed an order for a whole bathroom with fitted cupboards round units. Lavatory arrived damaged and took a while to be exchanged. Units didn't fit together ( like old MFI) OH had to re-drill holes and shave off bits. Wire basket never fitted. Looks very cheap. Too late to exchange - now committed to plumber.
Lavatory never flushed properly , exchanged cistern but no better - we had to buy a larger one elsewhere and have it re-fitted .
Complaints were a waste of time - it's always the fault of someone who's not there now or away.
Bath came with wrong fittings.
Apparently, even though we saw it in the showroom and bought it with fittings"it doesn't come with fittings" so we had to buy our own.
Bathroom cabinet never worked properly, doors don't bounce open on a push, you have to get your fingernails under them to prise open.
We need new taps now and were tempted yet again by this website - until we realised who they were.
Buy elsewhere - even though the prices are tempting
I Wish I Had Read These Reviews Before Spending £365
I really am concerned about this company who again could not deliver my goods. I am now waiting for a refund after cancelling my order !!!! I am going to write to the Office of Fair Trading if this is not forthcoming, and I am going to contact my Credit Card Company as soon as the 30 day refund period is up.

This Is The Most Inefficient Company I Have Ever Dealt With.
I purchased a shower on SEPTEMBER 7th 2012 from Taps4Less. I recieved an email telling me my transaction and payment were sucessful and I would recieve an email when it was being dispatched. It all went down hill after that. When after a week I had neither recieved my shower or an email , I emailed them but got no responce. I rang them , was told it was out of stock but would be in stock in 2 weeks time. I cancelled my order and was told the money would be refunded to my account . Happy Days.... Another week passed, no refund , rang again , was told same thing , money would be refunded to my account within 2 working days , I emailed them and got no reply...this went on and on ... on 25th OCTOBER I rang again, kept getting ans machine , press one for this 2 for that and so on and each time I would get disconnected .
So I rang the European Consumer Rights in Dublin 01 8797640, they told me I could get my money back through the bank as I had used a Debit Card to pay but I would have to prove I had tried to get my money back . I was told sent another email and as I was about to do this I noticed the telephone number on Taps4less website was changes since I bought the shower, so I rang the new number. I got through to someone and told her very politly I was disugsted with the way they ran a business and had lodged a complaint with the European Consumer Rights if the money was not returnd to my account the next day I was then going to contact the Fraud section of Kent Police Station Cantebury 0044(0)3001232040 and to expect a visit . The money WAS refunded to my account on 26th October 2012.
