Bryher, Hell Bay Hotel

This is undoubtably the finest hotel in the world. If you are looking for a hotel to be seen at then this is not for you. Hell bay is located on the most western tip of the UK offering you complete isolation in a luxurious hotel with 5* comfort. I have stayed 4 times now and every time the sub tropical climate has never failed to be warm ans sunny. Including late September. I am sure if the weather is bad then it is a very isolated and exposed place to be stuck. The staff are excellent without being over fussy. The best room is Emperor which is a large apartment with views of the bishop rock lighthouse in the distance. Yes it is expensive but where on this planet can you go for this level of privacy in the most stunning surroundings. A review of this hotel can not be complete without mentioning the excellent menu. The food is the finest you will have anywhere in the world. The resident chef is a perfectionist offering 5* dining. Having just returned from hell bay with a sun tan and the best memories of waves crashing on the rocks I can't wait to return again. Having seen most of the world there is no other place I would choose to go! My children call it Tracy island.

Good points, location of the Hell Bay hotel. Bad points, the price. It is simply not worth it. Go the the Isles of Scilly, but I would not recommend that you stay at Hell Bay
