Rocket Dog Shoes

I bought a pair of Rocket Dog flip flops and was so happy with them at first. They are very comfortable with a cushioned insole. They felt wonderful at first. After the first 2 days of normal wear, the bottoms started peeling off. It appears it is some form of cloth or fabric bottom. Once the bottom started peeling off the shoes became very slippery on any type of floor other than concrete. I was very afraid of slipping and falling wearing them so they are useless. I was very unhappy and sent an email to the company with my complaint and have not received a reply. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN

I got the animal print flipflops/ sandals. They were brilliant, so comfortable to wear all day. Only issue was the dye transferred onto my feet when they got wet so not a good look. But will definitely be buying more rocket dog footwear! Love it. :):):)

I ordered a pair of shoes and boots just before christmas, and after 2 months of wearing shoes the soles on both shoes split. Rocket Dog were very apologetic and asked me to return these shoes for examination. After chasing this up, I was sent an email advising that a replacement pair of shoes had been despatched to me. As of yet, I am still waiting for these shoes to arrive. I have emailed the customer services to ask when and where these shoes were sent I am still awaiting a reply. I have since sent a few emails asking for this information and asking for a refund and I have still not had a response. I will certainly not purchase anything or recommend Rocket Dog.

Ordered the cow hide boots and love them. Better still, they were half price. Great quality, great price, great delivery.

Nuff said.

I have ordered twice from this company and both times, the communication with this company was non existent and both times the boots were returned at my cost.

both times the boots sizing was out by a whole size its hit and miss, which isn't great since they don't offer a free returns policy!

Their website doesn't offer a service to leave reviews for the particular boots purchased and I can see why.

You don't get an email, text, or call to say your item is out for delivery or when to expect it, with all the technology available today this is just basic customer service.

I am still yet to receive my refund back luckily I paid via Paypal so will be opening a dispute case.

BE WARNED SIZING IS WAY OUT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE

Very hit and miss, whilst their shoes are generally funky for me, the service I receive as a customer plays a big part in how I feel about a brand and determines if I will buy from them again.

I used to be a loyal and longstanding customers, but after asking a simple question on Twitter (that other people had also asked on Facebook but had been ignored), I found their social media team to be incredibly rude and they were neither friendly or helpful. After spending hundreds of pounds with them I won't be purchasing from them again and the Boots i'd ordered from Schuh for my daughter for Christmas are being returned today. Customer service matters.

Nice design, well-fits but zero durability...i have two pairs waverly and jazzin. jazzin lasts for about 2 months easy wearing (2or3 times a week)and now look like after 5 years every day wearing. With waverly even worst. After about eight times i wear it i wash this pair and they goes' straight to garbage. I realy love design's. But why so bad quality?

I just bought a pair of Rocket Dog Satire boots in black and I loved how they looked but I thought that they looked quite small for a 7 as I opened the box. I have another pair or Rocket Dog boots in a 7 and they are a lovely fit but these had no give to them and I couldn't get my foot in. I have returned for a refund but will be buying again in a bigger size at a later date so all in all, lovely boot but sadly, a very small fit.

Also a bit annoying that I found them much cheaper on Amazon!

I bought a pair of black calf length biker suede boots a few years ago (might have been 2007 or 2008) from a Schuh store. When I tried them on I noticed a big hard tip of a nail poking through inside the shoe, right onto my heel. I took them back for an exchange, but the sour taste of poor quality was already left in my mouth.

The boots are really clunky and heavy, not to mention the heels wore out really quickly. I had the heels repaired twice and just got so sick of throwing more money at them so finally threw them out.

I liked the look of them but the quality and price charged could not compensate enough.

I've just bought my third pair of Ringer boots, they're sooooooo comfy and warm and they go with everything. I got the last pair on ebay, I think they might be going out of stock soon and I'm scared cos I've never found a better shape of boots for my feet (size 4). All the Rocket Dog Shoes I've had have been brillient too, I like the big thick heels on them they don't wear down and they don't hurt your feet even after 6 hours of dancing!!
