Worst Tea Ever
i usually buy typhoo teabags, but not any more . bought a 440 pack of teabags and they are disgusting. taste and looks like dishwater. small square teabags. sorry but you have lost my custom . what has happened to the great cuppa we used to get with typhoo.
Weak, Insipid, Like Malarial Swampwater
I bought two packs of 100 tea bags as they were on offer. I am binning them as they are truly terrible. The water barely changes colour with the bag in and leaving it in while I drink it barely helps. They must use the weakest scaps of leaves mixed with sawdust. Never will I buy Typhoo again.

Worst Tea Ever,
Whats happened to Typhoo tea? it used to be one of the best. We bought a box of Typhoo tea and it was terrible, even after ages brewing, stirring and straining the tea bag it was still liker dish water with absolutely no flavour. Sorry Typhoo you're off the shopping list

Rubbish Customer Service
My box of 180 tea bags were faulty . Everyone was not sealed properly and my kitchen floor was covered in tea leafs. I contacted typhoo to complain . I sent them all info photos, batch no etc
I received a letter advising it was a machinery fault on production line that caused the fault . Included was a voucher for £2.50 to replace the product .
I contacted them again to advise this was unsatisfactory £2.50 !! It took me half an hour to clean up the mess ! What about my time and petrol to go and actually replace this like for like purchase !! The voucher can only be spent in a large supermarket . I live in countryside and my nearest one is 8 mikes !
They didn't even bother responding . Speaks volumes about the lack of concern for their customers experience .

Typhoo Tea Taste The Difference
Really good if not a little week, but makes a great cup
It's Just So So
Actually, I don't like the taste. Hope it can be better!
Reduced Tea In Bag Means Reduced Quality
I have drunk Typhoo tea for 40 years, and over the years I have noticed the amount of tea in the teabags have been reducing. Though the quality seemed not to be affected. But recently the amount of tea has been reduced so much that the quality has gone down dramatically. I can't make a decent strong cup of tea anymore as previously and I am now contemplating changing to another brand. Why do the manufacturers think we don't want quality anymore. I don't mind paying a bit more as long as the quality is there. Do they think we will not notice?
Don't Buy From British Delights
Typhoo Tea is great but the distributor in Massachusetts is bad..
The 1100 bag item is misrepresented on the British Delights website. The product is NOT round tea bags but rather square bags and the square tea bags are about 25% SMALLER than the normal round tea bags that are found in the boxes of 300 etc.
Customer Service has refused to admit that the website is misleading (at best) and has told me to ship it back at my expense. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or manager but "no one is available". They said someone would call back but so far no one has called back.
I called Typhoo in England and these bags of 1100 square tea bags are normally sold to hotels etc. not to unsuspecting customers.
Tastes Like Stagnant Water
I've had typhoo a few times at different places and each time I find that it just tastes like stagnant water. I've tried leaving the tea bag in for longer but this does not hell. I would not recommend.
Perhaps this is just my taste but if you like a strongish cuppa I don't think typhoo is for you. It tastes cheap.
no it tastes sooo good just try its different flavour you will definitely like it
