great flats clean every thing you need modern and near to coach station shops great place have a great time

lovely friendly atmosphere landlady is a little gem went out of her way to make us feel welcome. flats are really clean and have everything you need will definately be going back this year and would recommend to family and friends. there was nothing to dislike about the accommodation or the staff they where both so helpful and kind

I would highly recommend the ascot holiday flats on hull road blackpool spotlessly clean a bit dated the lady that owns the ascot couldn't do enough for us she actually won't out of her way to get us out of a hobble and the kids loved her will be going back to the ascot next year

Great location and the owner very welcoming woman could not do enough for you....flats r spotlessly clean a little dated but didn't effect our stay...will defo stay here next year...and kids really warmed to the owner..didn't want to leave..

Good points about accommodation, it's central to amenities and comfy clean beds. Bad points are the whole place smells of cat pee, the apartments look like an old folks home with furniture from the dark ages, the owner lurks outside your door then ambushes you and sits in your apartment for ages, the booking system is antiquated and you have to send a cheque to cover deposit then the cheque gets lost. I could go on but won't. Only to say I'm not particularly fussy but I definitely wouldn't recommend a stay here.

would really recomend this hotel was fantastic from the start very friendly staff the rooms were clean and tidy everything we needed was in the room and anything we didnt have jean the owner provided it for us the hotel is placed in a great location with shops central and north pier the tower and maddam tussauds with in walking distance will deffinently be returning later on in the year

highly reccommend the ascot holiday flats, the owners jean and dennis are brilliant. jean especially takes time to come and see us and spends time with us, she is lovely and we love her to bits. this has been our second time at the ascot, we love it and we are going again in july. lovely place to stay.from dot and tony collins. sheffield.

Me and my family have been coming to blackpool for 10 years. We stayed in a few hoilday flats before we found the ascot . Which is very clean & have the best owners that make you feel very welcoming, for a change this year we fancied a Christmas in blackpool . On are surprise jean & Dennis gave up there christmas day to make all guest a delicious Xmas dinners so I'm writing this to thank them dearly :)
