Wrong colour wisteria ordered and sent dusty pink. Will not accept return and claim purple is now pink despite me sending the website pictures to show otherwise.

I bought a dress from this company and it was so badly made it was unwearable, I also paid £25 premium postage so I would have the dress in 6/8 days.I got it a month and a half later.I’m still in negotiations with them trying to get a refund but it’s not happening.after a lot of silly offers they are now offering 55% if I post it back TO CHINA .THIS IS NOT A UK COMPANY.I bought it through PAYPAL but for some reason they won’t stand by it either..DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I genuinely thought it was a uk company, from now on I’ll be reading reviews.

I have ordered a dress back in March and never received the dress. Once I contacted them they never would email me back on time they claim they sent my refund back to a bank but they didn’t. The bank I had I canceled that account and they still said it’s my banks fault. It’s going on two months with no refund or even still not sending my dress. They claim they have no number or manager to speak with and basically claim all this is not on them. They are totally unprofessional and rude if you ask me. I will NEVER order from them and will tell people not to shop here.

They’re just bad. Like the quality the colour the sizing. Don’t do it

I have never been so outraged!. I bought a dress following Milly Bridals sizing for almost £100, it turned up far too small! Then when I enquired about returns they told me they wanted photos which I supplied. From the photos of their Ill fitting product they told me I HAD selected the wrong size! Essentially calling me fat. I wouldn’t have minded but I bought a size bigger than I normally wear for comfort and it was still way too small! They have NO returns policy whatsoever. They are they most un helpful company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Their emails are rude and abrasive, they deliberately distort their own T&C to make sure they don’t have to refund. I did not customise my dress to my particular dimensions yet they still claimed it was a ‘custom’ dress and refused to refund. Milly Bridal took my money and then had the audacity to insinuate that I don’t know my own size! I would NOT recommend their product, or terrible customer service. Don’t waste your money like I did because now I’m stuck with a dress I can’t wear. The dress also turned up looking nothing like the picture or description.

My daughter ordered a dress - without checking the reviews which she should have done as everyone seems to have experienced the same problem! She believed the company was based in the UK - the dress arrived. Its too small, and there was no returns info in the package (which (un)surprisingly came from China!). This automatically made me suspicious - you should be able to return a garment that doesn't fit! I am now in a battle trying to return the dress - they don't respond to emails, then want photos (the garment wasn't custom made so why on earth do they need photos?!). I havespent over £100 on the dress and am very unhappy!!!

Never come across a dress company that basically doesn't allow any returns unless their order was so wrong they've basically sent you a pair of trousers. DON'T ORDER THINKING YOU CAN RETURN THEM IN ANY WAY. Super disappointing, neither of the dresses fit at all (very obvious in the photo), and they won't let me refund it, but the sizing they put on their website is literally my size in every way so I'm incredibly upset with this service. I've never had a problem like this before with any dress company. Also can I say, the dresses were really UGLY, BADLY MADE, and CHEAP LOOKING in real life. Terrible experience, and a lot of money lost, wouldn't recommend at all!! There's another service that has the same system called JJsHouse, their service was great and let me return a dress that obviously didn't fit, so I would suggest looking at their site instead.

My daughter ordered a customized prom dress and it fits like a glove. Her other friends need to have regular dresses altered, but the milly Bridal prom dress fits perfect!!!!! So happy with the fabric, fit and color. Exceeded our expectation, especially for the price!

You won't be disappointed with a dress from milly Bridal!

I ordered what I thought was a burgundy ball gown. Arrived late.. from china? Looked nothing like the photo, colour was bright red not burgundy. Material was cheap and didn't fit properly. Took a weeks battle of back and forth emails to get a partial refund, and I had to return the 'dress' back to china. Only buy from here if you'd like to waste some time and money.
