I bought and paid for kitchen in October 2014 and the 1st part arrived in Dec 2014. Both the service and quality received to that point were excellent.

The remainder followed c. 5 months later once I had finalised the exact specification. Most of the 2nd part arrived with a few component errors and minus a few critical components (i.e. some bespoked bits, the promise of which was the key reason I initially bought from them in the first place).

Despite many repeated promises they failed to appear after 4-5 attempts. He had repeatedly promised delivery and in one case I took two days off work to ensure I was available to receive and fit. Clearly, it seems that his promises were blatant lies.

My issue was that I was manically busy at work throughout 2015 and then out of the country and unable to chase......so allowed it to drag on.

Went to chase them again when I returned tio UK in early October to find they had folded....

Apart from the significant hassle/chasing etc I am lucky to have only lost 1-1.5k.

Shame on you both. Good Luck to the rest of you getting refunds.

We paid the money in full by july2016, assured the delivery in first week of september16.Trying to call them since last week of august concerning the delivery, but no response. After two days show the notice that it is closed.

My hard money earned is gone, done the bank transfer, receipt to follow, but nothing came.

We need to dig their receivers address and need to establish further more from them.If anybody can help it is only them, who will approach us.

We paid for our chosen kitchen in May and were given a delivery date of 23rd August. When I called asking where our kitchen was I was told it was booked in for delivery the next day. I visited the showroom and was told by the owner from an upstairs window they were closed for the night and delivery would definitely be the next day. The following day the premises was locked and empty.

The owners of SOK took money from decent folk with no intention of supplying goods.

I have heard there could be up to 70 customers who have been duped. I urge you all to speak to trading standards and the police. These people must face the consequences of their actions and the more reports received, the clearer the picture becomes for the authorities.

I feel for everyone in a similar position to ours, and to the reviewer who tries to add perspective, take your head out of the sand and have the balls to identify yourself as one of the people responsible for taking people's money.

Paid in full in july for what we thought was an amazing price for solid oak kitchen. At the time we were a bit concerned as general customer service was dreadful but annoyingly were fished in by the goods and recommendations from our builder who has fitted their kitchens in the past. We were told had to pay in full and once we did we had to ask them for a receipt which took them ages to send. Went to check progress of the order today as due be delivered nect month and have not been able to contact them.... now we find all these reviews....hoping to recover our costs as thankfully paid through visa although on recollection they were very much encouraging us to pay DD/BACS...

I am in the trade and have been a customer of supply only kitchens for a number of years. I am shocked by recent events but do think we all need a little perspective.

Supply only kitchens was not a start up and close outfit trying to take people's money. Just have a look on the reviews on this very site spanning many years. Supply only kitchens supplied many hundreds of kitchens over nearly a decade. The customer service I received over the years was second to none. The quality they supplied was the best I have ever seen (and I have seen and fitted most), which is why I came back again and again. Perhaps this is why this business finally failed - they didn't take the more common poor quality high price route. I accept in the last stages the service was poor but with hindsight this must only be expected from a struggling business.

Regards 'the boss'. I happen to know they will lose everything. Don't assume they are sunning themselves in Spain at your expense! They put everything that they had into this business.

Regards the employees I too have spoken to one of them. Despite some of the malicious comments on this site I am told they will all be paid.

I now have to face one of my own customers, but I do so not with spite or anger at supply only kitchens or its owner, but rather great sadness that a seemingly successful business has gone bust and because of the inevitable fallout.

No longer trading and owe a lot of money to staff and a lot more to customers who never got their kitchens. KEEP AWAY!!!!

Was worried about ordering a kitchen on line but went with supply only kitchens based on their internet reviews and the apparent quality of their kitchens advertised on their internet site. He was really helpful giving advice on the phone and very patient when I wanted time to think things over. The delivery was on time and the delivery guys brought everything in. The quality and look of the kitchen is fantastic and even the fitters commented on this also saying they had recently fitted a similar kitchen which had cost twice the price.

I would certainly recommend these guys and the after sales service has been great too. A couple of doors were damaged and these were replaced without any argument.

I have used them in two kitchens in the last 5 years due to moving house. Superb solid kitchen units, excellent service, very helpful design. Am going back for my next kitchen, my Mum's kitchen,my friends kitchen......

I am absolutely in love with my kitchen! I've heard of Supply Only Kitchens before and I thaught I might aswell try them as they looked outstanding and also as B&Q gave me an expensive price for quite a disappointing quaility. But asoon as I arrived, I was welcomed by friendly staff and within minutes I was convinced that I was going to buy from this company. 5stars from me definatly!

we have been thinking to change our kitchen for the past year. we received few prices from kitchen companies, but we were still looking for something special until my wife's friend in our old area recommended supply only kitchens. we are very happy with design and its a good quality kitchen.

the guys were patient with my wife when she kept changing things a long the way ! the kitchen was delivered on time with friendly delivery team.

we still can't believe the price was reasonable comparing to the other kitchen companies. this is the first time we bought a bespoke kitchen and its amazing !

the whole procedure from start to finish was efficient smooth and they are friendly people.
