Rubbish
Has this for a year, used it twice, after 1 year no cold air, went to b&q to fix, they do not repair it and do not know who to send it to fix.
CANNOT FIND WHO TO FIX IT.
NOISY WHEN ON A/C.
Look Forward To Getting This Baby Switched On
Can anyone point me in the right direction for a new hose & attachment mine has gone miraculously missing ?
Who Can Repair My Unit
when I switch it on it has the red !
but there is no water to drain when I undo the tap at the bottom.
so there must be another fault.

Five Years Old & Still Running Like A Champ..!!
I 'ummed' and 'erred' about buying this air conditioning machine (B&Q WAP267EB), but in the end I took a chance and bought one, and I've never looked back.
Yesterday 25-08-2016 was I believe I'm right in saying was the hottest day of the year so far in the south where we live, and we ran 'Chilly Billy' as my young daughter has named it, all day and our lounge was a little haven of coolness away from the humid roasting environment in the rest of the house.
When I first bought it I figured out how we might best use it, and to that end, seeing as we had a sliding patio door, I bought a piece of white MDF (or whatever it is), from B&Q (where I bought Chilly Billy), and had them cut it to the right height so that I could slide open the patio door, slot the MDF next to it and slide the patio door back to trap it in place.
I also had B&Q cut the MDF to the ideal width so that when I cut a hole in it low down to take the exhaust pipe outer section (which it came with by the way), I ended up with the room still closed off to the outside, which you must have to run an air conditioner (as anyone who's tried to run their car air conditioning with the windows open will tell you), and all the hot air from 'Chilly Billy' being vented outside. Also I can remove the MDF and lock the patio door when 'Chilly Billy' is not in use.
For & Against's:
For:
1) Close all target room doors so it only does the one room and it will keep you cool all day... wonderful.
2) It has a remote control so you don't even have to get up off the sofa to turn it on or off or change the settings.
3) 5 years old and pumping out cool air like a champ.
Against:
1) It's a bit noisy, but when weighed against the benefits quite acceptable.
2) 'Chilly Billy' is a bit heavy on his wheels so although portable, in reality 'porting' him as a bit of a challenge.
3) To make best use you do have to make a good if temporary way to install him as I did to get the best effect, hanging his exhaust tube out of an open window won't give you the results you might wish for.
3) Not sure if this is an against but, 'Chilly Billy' will only do one decent sized room, you must keep the room doors closed as he cannot do the whole house, he'll try but fail..!!

Superb - Ice Cold
Great portable unit with 3 fan speeds, temp adjust up/down, and three modes normal fan, dehumidify and ice cold aircon. Purchased my unit 3 years ago and used all through summer each year and very very reliable.Unit comes on wheels so easy to move around the house, small drain plug on back of unit to remove condensation. With this unit you turn it on and just forget about it until you feel cold and have to turn it off. A small pipe similar to a clothes dryer pipe comes with the unit to hang out the window to allow the warm air the unit creates cooling to escape. Superb air conditioning units and well worth the money....Thumbs up from me.

The hose is a bit of a pain, and its tricky to empty the tank without getting water everywhere
I have had it for 3 years now and its still going strong
I will never get rid of it
