I Was Tricked By Lloyds Pharmacy

An absolute disgrace of service. I bought some weight loss drugs online. I have never received anything from Lloyds pharmacy and when they said they required a video of me in my underwear before posting out the weight loss product. I replied explaining that I did not have a smart phone and did not really want a friend filming me in my underwear in order to complete the purchase so asked for a refund.

They then said that a refund was not possible, but I could have 50% of the money back. To be clear, this was five days after my initial purchase and I had received nothing, they had done nothing but claimed half of my purchase price £173.

For a medical company to run such a refund scheme is unbelievable. I have tried to post the photograph of their reply but have not been able to upload the photo as I do not have a smart phone.

But overpaid pharmacy company robbing poor people in a vulnerable position is frankly disgusting. I hope that they see this review and are ashamed as they should feel. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE; AS YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN YOUR MONEY BACK!!!

No Respect For Customers Time And Money

A month ago I used the lloyds pharmacy website to book a cholesterol test at the nearest branch offering this service.

Adder travelling 40 minutes and paying for parking imagine my dismay to discover that branch had been sold and the new owners knew nothing about the appointment.

Lloyds could have had the decency to contact me beforehand to let me know the booking would not be taking place.

A waste of Saturday morning and out of pocket.

Absolutely Shocking Service

Visit today at Mersea road Lloyds pharmacy

Colchester.

Gave my ref no over to the dispensary lady,

And was told I could not have my tablets and didn’t even care. She was very rude , absolutely disgusting service being told I can’t have any tablets for my depression.

Avoid at all costs, should be shut down , or at least employ qualified people

Absolutely Disappointing Service

I placed an order on 11th Dec and that was due to be delivered before xmas. There was no communication from them on this. When I called them today, I was told that the order has not been sent out from warehouse. The online team can only request the warehouse for the items to be dispatched. When I asked why didn't it post yet so the answer was we are busy and we try our best we can. Now I can see they started refunding the money as they didn't action on it at all. The products could be out of stock so only way to resolve it cancelling the order. Not sure what sort of service is this. People purchase xmas gift and those are not delivered on time

Awfully Slow And Badly Packaged

Great if you’re a fan of waiting a week to have a simple order fulfilled, and enjoy seeing your package of medicine squashed into a stupidly small envelope that clearly wasn’t up to the job. Whole thing just stinks of unprofessionalism.

Exceptional Service

My parents gp surgery made an error with their prescriptions. Thanks to the wonderful efforts of the Lloyds pharmacy staff (Grove Green, Maidstone) the correct items were delivered within 2 hours of the surgery correcting their mistake. Very impressed with the service especially as the pharmacy was extremely busy at the time. Nothing is too much bother for these lovely people.

Horrible Service

Ordered a product online for click and collect, next day I get an email saying it was packed and shipped. After SIXTEEN days there was no news of arrival. Contacted customer service by form, said to wait TEN WORKING DAYS.

Went to pharmacy, said there was nothing they could do, to call the help line. Called the helpline, they believe the package was lost. "No more stock of that item, sorry, here's you're refund, should be with you within 3 days."

Absolute joke of a service, customers left wondering what's going on. Zero care. No wonder they are closing.. hopefully they'll give way to pharmacies that actually know what they're doing

Item Not Delivered

I ordered an Omron M3 Comfort blood pressure monitor on Monday 6 June 2022 to be delivered by Friday. I received an order confirmation email and was told I would be informed when it was sent. I emailed them on Thursday to say I had not received an "item sent" message and was told there would be an extended response time due to limited advisor availability. I phoned on Friday to explain the situation and was told they are no longer in stock so I would have to accept a refund, which would take 3 to 5 days.

So, Lloyds accepted my order when they had stock and took the money out of my account.

Then they did not send the order and later ran out of stock.

I then received an email saying that the order had been "cancelled at my request". This was a total lie because I was bluntly told I would be refunded with no alternative offered, such as a more advanced model at a reduced price. The attitude was tough luck, no apologies, we will refund you. I will never use this company again.

Do Not Trust

My mother who is blind, deaf and disabled has her medication delivered, yesterday it didn’t turn up, no notice, no one let us know, just didn’t arrive, life threatening, I live 2 hrs away, drove down went ti the pharmacy on a Saturday morning at 11am, closed not going to open, went to the other Lloyds in Princes Risborough and staff there were no help whatsoever, rang Lloyds customer service and no help either, these charlatans are putting lives at risk!!! Do not trust.

Avoid No Customer Service

Placed an order with promise of 10% from first order, no discount given, code not valid, completed order still the 10% discount not taken off at checkout as promised. Wrote immediately asking if I should cancel order, wrote again, and again no reply wrote to the CEO no reply, then four days later order arrived, for a birthday present, still sat here unopened as still waiting them to reply, i would avoid trusting or ordering from Lloyds.

I failed to pick up my ladies community box as I had Flu (Covid) symptoms, self isolating. The following week I expected to pick up x2 boxes (today's and the one I missed last week). I was informed that cassettes not picked up are destroyed! Is that legal? Deny someone their prescribed medication?
