HeadKandy Clip In Hair Extensions

If i could give this zero stars i would. The extensions that I received are completely terrible, ratty and tangled and thin at the ends. The company customer service basically blamed me when I emailed them because i washed them with plain water and applied an extension conditioner and let them air dry.. apparently you are NEVER allowed to wash these extensions even though they advocate coloring them which requires you to wash them afterwards. This makes absolutely no sense and of course they won't allow returns and apparently aren't going to replace the set that i purchased. i cannot believe that i wasted so much money on this company and have been treated so poorly by them in return. This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never purchase from this company again, and you shouldn't either!

Bought Head Candy clip in extensions in February 2013 and I wear them every weekend, and they're still looking like they've just come out the box. I have thin blonde hair so I can't wear a full head..the clips end up showing..but the ones I do wear, I wear often. Maybe taking good care of them is why they stay looking so good: I try to use as little heated tools on them as possible, wash them with sulphate free shampoo and lay them out flat in a drawer reserved for them. They hardly ever shed and they are just lovely. They weren't cheap, but if you want cheap get hair from China...and then talk about knotting and shedding.

Bought head kandy after an absolute night mare with other clip ins. I have been wearing extensions for 7 years and have been on the look out for quality hair for so long now. Well these are just right and have lasted and lasted, I'm still on my first set which I got Christmas time. They arrived promptly and the hair looks great. 5 out of 5 thank you very much for a good product.

I received my extensions yesterday. I live in the U.S. in Texas. It only took a total of FOUR days to ship! Talk about fast shipping! The customer service was excellent as all my questions were answered right away. They even send you a tracking number along with a nice email regarding your extensions dispatch. I tracked my extensions and was super anxious for them to arrive. When they finally got here they arrived in a super cute silver package along with my wonderful extensions! I got bunny blonde in 20-22". They measured up to be 21". This is a great length for me considering I want long thick hair and I'm only 4'11. I was ready to put them in. I knew they wouldnt be spot on with my hair color since my hair is platinum. So I'm taking on the responsibility of toning them. It even said to do so in the instruction booklet it came with! The quad weft is like the heaven of all wefts. It's super monstrously thick and beautiful. It really does blend all your hair together knowing my hair is only a bit past my shoulders. I will get these babies cut as soon as I tone them. But yet they still blend beautifully! Thank you so much HeadKandy for this wonderful set of extensions! I will be buying from y'all again!

I have been a loyal HeadKandy customer for about 4 years now. They're not the cheapest, they're not the most convenient for me to buy (I live on the west coast of the US, and there's extension stores everywhere around here), but I come back over and over again because they are by far the best hair I've ever used. And I've been wearing clip in extensions for about 8 years now so I consider myself well-versed in hair pieces.

Each set I get usually last between 5-8 months before they start to get icky, which is WAY above the average hair extensions. Most last 4-5 months.

The color matches my hair literally exactly. People never know I'm wearing them, and when I tell them the next question they ask is "do you have to color those?" nope. They come out of the box a perfect match.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. Never change a thing, and please never stop shipping to the US!! I don't know what I would do!!

P.s. I've gotten every length they offer, and a few different colors. But my most recent orders have been 20-22" in Butterscotch Highlights.

They shed like crazy and are so knotted !

I emailed them as well and I want a refund but they make it so complicated !

I have pictures of how dry the hair looks and the balls of hair that I have to clean up after brushing them!

I have had my share of great hair and never have I had any like these!

It's so ridiculous how they can sell hair like that for that amount and still not accommodate their customer !

I wished I would have never purchased this hair and I am being honest to all the ladies out there!

So I looked for good quality clip in hair extensions for a while and finally decided to go with HeadKandy. I was so disappointed when i received the extensions because it SHEDS LIKE CRAZY! the first time i brushed them to put them on my whole bathroom floor was covered in hair, and so was my brush! i mean if im paying 200$ for hair extensions i expect better quality hair! so i emailed them about it and they suggest that "i should use clear nail varnish on each corner of the extensions so it can seal the corners which are most prone to shedding and it will dramatically reduce the amount of hair which sheds!" I MEAN SERIOUSLY?? why should i do that when i paid good money for it??!! that's unacceptable!

i'm from Ukraine.I bought 24-26 inch and it's $200.For Ukraine it's not cheap.it's even too expensive.I bought it becouse hoped that it's would be better than cheap chinesee hair.But a was wrong..it's almast the same. Only difference that HK first mounth looks better and thik.But after 4-5 mounthes you can put it to garbage..Now it's look like a broom.And i even didn't use curl or iron.I'm very dissapointed

I bought headkandy clip in hair extensions on the 22nd of jan 13 and they were deliverd to my house on the 24th jan in the morning. So was very quick! Which i was really immpressed about!! I bought 20-22inch Manhattan highlights. I was very unsure at first at what colour to order as i have just recently highlighted my hair. But i sent HeadKandy an email of my picture. And they got back very quickly and were more than happy to help me out :) So i would give their customer services 10 out of 10 :D

When i first opened them i could tell straight away that they were the correct colour match for me. They were very thick and smooth and glossy. Stunning tbh! I have only purchased hair extensions once before and they were terrible. They Looked like your typical 'ratty' cheap nasty hair extensions. But i must admit HeadKandy, have totally changed my opinion on clip in's!! My own hair is actually quite thick. But these extensions were MORE than enough! Which i really wasnt expecting. They come in an attratcive box which you can store the extensions in, and a very handy manuel to help you put the extensions in correctly. Because i have only just recieved them i will write another review in a couple of months. But at this moment in time i am very happy about them. They look fab down and also up in a high bun! This is a very honest review. As i am a very fussy person haha! It takes alot to make me happy lol :). They are worth every single penny i paid for them! x

I just recently purchased a pair of ash blonde Luxy Hair Extensions. I am disappointed and i should of read more reviews but it seems that most of the reviews are good because these sister are trying to get some money, well after wearing these for about less than 2 months they have fell apart from first receiving they were shiny soft and thick.. now they are still soft but thin and some of the hair in the middle of the weft is GONE. They shed constantly like a dog, so that there says they can't be 100% Remy hair they must be Chinese hair or half Remy half synthetic.. My sally's euro net hair extensions lasted longer.. I was very excited to order these now im nothing but disappointed and mad i spent 121.95 for these! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY if you are purchasing hair for daily wear.. These are great for one night events.
