Ordered a pair of boots for my son. The money was taken from my account in super quick time. Days went by with no contact - customer service is non-existent. They take order after order, with no intention of fulfilling anything - it is essentially theft. Save yourself the stress and expense of dealing with Lovell Soccer and go direct to the manufacturer e.g. Nike, Puma, Adidas or to a reputable company like Pro:Direct Soccer.

Shocking customer service

Used them for the first time in a very long time. I bought a pair of football boots. The very same boots, only weeks later, reduced by £50. I emailed to see if any sort of compensation, partial-refund or vouchers etc could be offered. Turns out it's my problem and there is no interest from them in sorting. I could send them back etc - I'm still within the 28 days, but I just don't want the extra headache. I'm posting this instead to say if you're thinking about using them, please DON'T - there is no empathy, understanding or customer service. Once they have your money, they don't care. Luckily for them they won't have to not care about my money again - it won't be spent here. Awful attempt at "customer service"! 

Supplied and paid for supposedly in “new unused condition” football boots that had been used, or tried on, or returned previously. The worst part was discovering numerous short and long strands of hair (pubic?) inside one of the boots upon opening. Boot was also laced up, unlike unlaced condition when leaving the factory. Unpleasant and unsanitary.

I ordered 2 pairs of boots from this company - the first pair should have been a 6.5 UK, they turned up and were a 6. I then ordered a 2nd pair, express delivery as they were urgent by this point, size 7.5 in theory. Turned up, one size 7 and one 7.5! And DIFFERENT COLOURS!

I opened a case as I want my postage back and nearly a month later I'm still sending photos backwards and forwards. Its very clear I have not received what I have paid for and yet getting my money back is like getting blood out of a stone.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Awful customer service.

Ordered football boots, used a 10% discount code which lovell soccer provided me with after signing up with them, took my money and now are saying that they are out of stock, yet I can order them again in the same size as they are available.

Don't give out discounts if your not going to honour them.

Now I have to wait 5-7 days just to get my money back.

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE AND WON'T EVEN ANSWER MY EMAILS.

Awful shop. Terrible customer service. Wrong item received but they said they have the right to send different item as items may vary.... but won’t pay return postage or refund postage already paid. £10 to return the item and NOTHING back... no exchanges accepted.

Be warned.. you won’t get what you paid for.

This company do not provide the products you order! I paid for a pair of football boots that I have still not received. This company deserve zero stars as they are rubbish.

Ordered a football shirt and Lovell took payment whilst knowing they had none of the shirts in stock. Then advised they were not getting anymore stock in and that a refund will take 5 days to be returned. Will not use ever again.

I ordered 2 pairs of thermal football gloves 7th Sep,payment taken from card and advised delivery by 13th. Parcel did not arrive so have contacted them 3 times via email/website and no contact whatsoever. I am appalled by the poor customer service. I buy online all the time and have never dealt with such an unprofessional outfit-with no telephone number!! They obviously don't want you ringing to complain.

I ordered a pair of football boots 1 week before I had a football match. I saw the website said they would take 5-7 days to arrive. The morning of my football match I received an email which said my order had only just been dispatched. I felt this was awful organisation and misleading information was given to me about how long the product would take to get to me. I then received the £140.40 I paid for the boots, to find out 1 hour later that the company had taken to money back out of my account which I'm pretty sure is illegal. I still have not received the product and have not been refunded for it. All in all I had an awful experience with the company and willl never be purchasing anything from this website again.
