Because the weight of the bottles lamp oil dye, I should not have to pay for import duties and still the charged me for an overseas delivery. Second I lost 3.25 GBP for delivery costs. This was once in a lifetime. I never received the product.

I have been buying from them for over 3 years, and have been really pleased with the variety and quality of the candles I have ordered from them........Christmas, every year......and the odd present for friends.......and the latest....my daughters wedding! Really decent candles!

I buy from them regularly. Great prices, really friendly and efficient. They sell candles in boxes at wholesale prices so great for weddings and parties.

Ordered well in time for Christmas. Somehow the order got 'overlooked' although my card was charged. Staff quite unhelpful and uncaring. " You didn't specifically state that you needed the decorations and candles by Christmas " the response when I asked where the package might be. Never again.

Very simple really, we ordered christmas tree candle holders for christmas (2011), they didn't turn up (so obviously nothing was signed for, their records will show that). we told them, and they said there was nothing they could do.

We considered going through small claims court but it would cost more than the £10 lost. Completely indefensible, just go elsewhere for your candles.

Excellent quality basic functional candles. I had problems emailing the company but the customer service helpline was extremely helpful. Would definitely use again.
