100% Would Recommend!
Ordered a tempur mattress from and so to bed. Excellent communication and customer service from them throughout. The two guys delivered and were professional and very helpful - they even helped to put together our flat pack bed which furniture village had messed up and didn’t have all the parts. Thank you again for all your help - 100% would recommend.

Do Not Buy From And So To Bed
We bought a top end Vispring mattress, divan base and headboard from And So To Bed in 2016. Delivery was shocking and mattress had a spring sticking out of it. After endless complaining and a year later FIRA came and inspected it telling us (the innocent customer) that the mattress was faulty but the report came back to And So To Bed saying that the mattress was ok....perhaps paper work got muddled up?! Another year later after endless emails, phone calls and you name it....the regional manager came and saw us, saying the mattress was faulty (which we had said the year before) - the mattress was changed. However the spring was still sticking up....we then realised that it was the divan which had another two springs sticking through it which was ruining the new mattress. No one from And So To Bed bothered checking the divan. Yet more complaining to the MD, MD of Vispring. The after care service, or so called customer service, was shocking. Three years later and having wasted so much time, we demanded a full refund. I highgly recommend to buy elsewhere if you want a good nights sleep. The agro, upset and waste of time dealing with this joke of a company is just not worth it. In compensation And So To Bed gave us a £4 bottle of wine! We now have a Hypnos bed - delivery was wonderful, easy and they turned up on time. I recommend buying a bed from John Lewis as their customer service is 100% or Reading Bedding in Reading where they are helpful, sympathetic and know what they are talking about. Please please do not buy from And So To Bed.....if you want an easy life.

Wow - I Wish I Had Checked This Site Before Buying
Wow - i wish i had checked this site before buying a mattress from here as i have also spent the price of a car on a mattress that is saggy, lumpy, i have to turn constantly to be able to get any sleep at all. They sent a 'specialist' who said the mattress is fine and calls and emails have been unreturned. Its hard to believe these guys could still be in business. however vispring is also to blame - its their mattress and its awful. AVOID both this retailer and vispring.

Unfit For Purpose
At the beginning of March 2015 we had a mattress and bed base delivered. Right from the first nights sleep the mattress sagged in places and did not bounce back when turned. A strong chemical smell emitted from the base. The mattress became uncomfortable to sleep on. On complaining Customer Services sent a specialist in June 2015 who said as a result of the age and level of usage of the mattress a certain amount of resilience will naturally occur, however, this can be minimised by regularly turning and rotating the mattress. We had only used the mattress for one month and are both light in weight. To date the sagging has remained despite turning. The bed was a complete waste of money and we are actively hunting for a new bed

Be Prepared For Prickerly Customer Service And A Very Long .
I bought and paid for a bed side cabinet , it took 18 weeks to arrive (16 weeks were quoted)
Staff seemed to think they were doing me a favour if they reply.
Such a shame having to deal with people who are happy enough to take your money and
then think you are asking to much for it to be delivered on time, apparently it meets there
Idea of delivery on time if it has left there wear house , the fact that you don't see it for another five
days is to them exceptable.
Would be nice to just get what you bought and paid for on time and without having to do all the chasing.
And maybe someone could just say they got it wrong, 16 weeks does not apparently mean 16 weeks.

Utterly Useless
The past ten months have been a constant battle. We bought and paid for, in good faith, what we presumed would be a decent vispring mattress, base and headboard for £5k. But no, what arrived was a faulty mattress with no springs along one side, a headboard which was more chabby than chic AND, to top it all, the delivery men didn't even other to screw in the headboard to the base of the bed properly....instead of using six proper vispring screws, they used two wrong ones which didn't fit, hence the headboard rattled and then when they returned they could not get the screws out. However, ten months later after four visits to our home, endless email and talks with the Managing Director we now have what we paid for.
I recommend John Lewis in future for anyone wanting to buy a bed. Dealing with 'And So To Bed' has been a nightmare....which I do not recommend.

Still Waiting For Bed Frame 3 Months After Payment...
The mattress itself is fine and very comfortable. I was expecting the bed frame to be delivered with the mattress. But it never showed up. I was not warned of this. As a result, I am still waiting for the bed frame 3 months later, having paid the full amount. They keep on making me false delivery promises. Will I ever get my bed frame?

Totally splashed out on this' dream bed. It cost a fortune, the price of a small car basically.
The mattress is soooooo uncomfortable I have to turn it at least every other week to get any sleep at all. It's squidgy, lumpy and bumpy and loses shape and is very unsupportive ... Think it's probably going to give me chronic back problems. So annoyed and disappointed - thought I was buying the best money can buy. ITS HOPELESS !!! Waste of money - don't do it!!
I would have liked a months trial with mattress in hindsight .

Orchard Street Shop Closed At 4.30pm.
I went to the Orchard Street shop at 4.30pm during the week only to find that the shop had a closed sign on the door. When I looked through the window of the shop, I could see a blonde lady sitting at her desk doing nothing. It seemed that she totally ignored me. I would never recommend this shop or company to any of my family or friends because of the very poor customer service.

Don't Buy
I would never recommend anyone to buy from And So To Bed. Their customer services are rude, unhelpful and inefficient and no one will take responsibility. We ordered 2 beds in January from their King's Road shop, London for delivery at the beginning of May. The total amount owed was demanded before they would deliver. We eventually received our beds 3 weeks late at the end of May only to find one of the mattresses was 2" too short for the bed. When ordering the bed, I specifically requested a 6.3" mattress. Customer Services were extremely unhelpful and tried to tell me that the mattress would stretch to fit over time. Eventually after many calls and visiting the shop where we bought the beds, 2 men came out to check the mattress and agreed it was too short. That is the last we have heard from anyone. There is no record of our complaint, no complaint procedure and no one appears to want to do anything about it. The managing director spends most of her time out of the country and rarely deals with customers. This sums up the whole ethos of the business.
