I've tried calling the number again and it shows you only work Monday to Friday.

I'm extremely upset by the experience I've had so far as I feel canine concepts have given me a horrible experience from Thursday. Horrible.

My relative who is very ill is now extremely panicked and I feel terrible.

Why did I have to choose canine concepts? Why did your website have to look straight forward and offer services that weren't even available?

Why when I was sent tracking information was I only sent a number but not even made aware of who the courier was? Why was I not made aware then that the order was split into two deliveries with separate couriers?

Why do I still not know who is delivering the second part of the delivery? Or have any tracking information.

Apparently it was supposed to come yesterday but by who I don't know and I have no notes through the door to say anything was attempted.

I'm absolutely devastated. I suffer a lot with mental health not that I should have to advise this. I'm going through a LOT right now and this entire experience has taken a toll on me and my relative. Which I was trying to order all in one go for next day delivery for her to try and resolve a large stress she had been having. We are at home providing 24hr care to this relative and I've spent two days crying trying to explain that I don't know what's going on with her items.

I never thought one order could have so many errors.

I will never order from canine concepts again.

I am returning the item that was delivered and don't even know how to return an item I have no tracking for. They could say it's been delivered and I don't even know because I know nothing about it. The guy I spoke with on the phone on both occasions was very unhelpful and made me feel annoying. I'm devastated.

After much research I ordered the medium raised bed and the vet bed sleeve. I only received the raised bed and when I phoned that afternoon to explain I was given an apology and told as soon as the Easter weekend (18th April) was out the way a vet bed sleeve would be sent to me. I returned from a two week holiday expecting to have my completed order, after another phone call and another apology from canine concepts I was told it would be sent the very next working day. It eventually arrived some 33 days after the original order date. I set to and put the raised bed together on the basis that this sleeve would soon be delivered. I was impressed at how easy this bed was to assemble but noticed it was wonky. All four posts/legs did not sit straight and the bed moved every time you put weight onto it. The bed was then put back in the box and I contacted canine concepts who were happy to exchange and advised me that these beds can be damaged in transit???? Somewhat of an excuse I feel for the poor quality/finish of this product. I felt as though I would have received a replacement bed fairly soon as this was not my error however ten days after receiving this faulty item I am still no further forward to a completed order. I have since requested a refund and now have the fun and games or should I say inconvenience that canine concepts have now caused in arranging the collection of this faulty order. I have managed to find a very similar product elsewhere that arrived within three days of purchasing! I had communication to inform me when this order was dispatched and it arrived complete and with four level legs. Bliss!

We ordered a collar for our dog, unfortunately she was put to sleep during the time the collar was being sent to us, but canine concepts not only refunded us all the money but paid for the collar to be returned!

I ordered a medecine for my birds. In a minimum of time it reached me, well packed.

WEBSITE REALLY EASY TO USE. PURCHASED THE SAVIC DOG PEN WHICH IS GREAT FOR DOGS BUT I BUY THEM FOR MY RABBITS AS THEY ARE SO EASY TO PUT TOGETHER - THERE ARE NO TOPS SO RABBITS HAVE TO BE SUPERVISED - HIGHER PENS ARE BETTER FOR RABBITS.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE AND CANINE CONCEPTS WERE GREAT AT EXCHANGING IT FOR ME - REALLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ON THE TELEPHONE.

DELIVERY WAS THE NEXT DAY WHICH IS REALLY QUICK.

PRICES ARE VERY GOOD AND I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

These cool coats have been invaluable in the recent humid weather, my dog's would have struggled to cope without them. The fact they are washable is an added bonus as both my dogs love a muddy puddle !
