I have had wonderful experience with their customer support. They went out of the way to explain the subtleties of the different products. The staff was very courteous, and even when I called repeatedly late at night, as I do not know anything about insurance for my parents who are visiting the US. I strongly recommend their service.

I was dissatisfied because I called their phone number few times and it went to voice mail every time, even though they say they have 24/7 licensed support. I believe that it is a misrepresentation and not living up to their promise.
