I've been a member for over 10 years, posted an advert and two weeks later was met with "Your account has been banned"

Emailed their customer service team twice and have been ignored twice.

I'm none the wiser as to why I was banned, I'm guessing it's because I was never stupid enough to pay for any of their pointless features on their site! :)

The site is a bots paradise!. 0/10 - Don't recommend to anyone. Steer clear seriously.

I am sorry to hear that you've been experiencing issues posting an ad.

The best solution is to post your ad using a different IP address.

To better protect our Locanto community, we have increased our security measures when it comes to ad posting. It seems like the IP address you were using to try to post an ad has been previously flagged for abusing the Locanto platform. As a result, we have blocked this IP address.

If you still have trouble posting an ad after using a different IP address, please let us know. We will look into this further and find a way to make this right.

1st mail HELLO I DID THAT STILL THE ADS ARE NOT REFLECTING, BETTER IF YOU DO NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE REFUND MY PAYMENT, AFTER TAKING THE PAYMENT FOR PREMIUM ACCOUNT NOW SAYING THIS ALL IS NOT CORRECT THING.

1st mail no reply 2nd email nearly i used 4 ips till now still not reflecting ads in your site, please if your answer is sorry we can not do then Plz revert My Payment.

dont you Guy's do not know when i'm paying to you That this IP is blocked payments will not be accepted, you collected the payment from the same ip, there you won't find any restrictions, but i ask why ads are not displayed on ur site now u says likes this, but still i posted from different IDS, same thing, not displaying the ads, so better solve the issue and release my account or else revert my payment.

always have good experiences with Locanto, found my puppy on there and I was also able to sell some household appliances there. Once I had to contact customer service and they replied in less than a day with a personalized message and not the standard template stuff.

the only thing that is bothering me is that there aren't too many ads right now but I understand the site is still young and the name needs to get out there first. at least it is clean and doesn't have so much junk on there like craigslist.

I am a genuine advertiser on Locanto.

I am a service provider of Adult Entertainment and have advertised on Locanto for 5 years. Locanto has gone through a few horrendous updates throughout those years, but I stayed loyal.

To keep this complaint short & sweet. Locanto used to accept 15 of my ads for 42 days for free. Now one ad costs $14.95 for 7 DAYS!

And, I only find this out by many, many emails to customer support.

There was no notification to customers of these new charges. These changes took place in a matter of weeks. So much for companies looking after loyal customers!

All businesses have to make money, but I don't see the point in paying for a 'premium listing' when all ads are 'premium listings' what features am I now paying for?

I'm voting with my feet and not advertising on Locanto once my current PAID ads expire, in about 3 days!

I encourage all customers to do the same.

Do not order any macbook from locanto. Asking money neverending. They were never a genuine seller there. Guys beware of it.

I think Locanto are using the victims feedback to become better cheats. Locanto never helps the victims and Locanto destroys all evidence of advertisements and communication by the fraudsters which could be used to track down the fraudsters. Locanto never responds to your emails and even if they do, they do not empathize with the victims. Locanto always say that they do not communicate with the fraudsters. Nobody knows why Locanto behaves so tactfully?

Initially the advertiser was convincing. I send lots of money via western union and then the advertiser asked for more money by black mailing me. Then when I challenged the fraudster Locanto removed all evidence of black mailing on their website. Now Locanto says they have nothing to do with it. Locanto should be taken to court and asked to compensate for all frauds.

Frustrated! I buy the ip5s from them and i already make the payment 2.6k. I thought after i make the payment they will ship out the item to me. But then they ask me to pay 1k more its just to get a tracking number for the item. Nonsense! So now i already make the police report. I've been cheat by this website and the phone seller. Be carefull guys! T
