Terrible Pet Store

Selling under standard pet food, customer care is rude and feeble They really don't care what they are sending out to customers.

After Being Ignored For 10 Days My Order Was Two W

After being ignored for 10 days my order was two weeks late. I was promised a discount by Nabilia via email on the 14th July. Since enquiring about it, I have been ignored and they don't answer the phone. I'll never use them again.

Order placed 17 April. Yodel details confirmed 20 April. 3 emails unanswered but when I finally spoke to them on 27 April, they said the item was out of stock. But they refunded me via PayPal immediately I asked for it during that conversation

Love The Company, Shame About The Courier

I have ordered from Titmuss for several years now and have always been happy with their product and service.

However, their one big downside for me is their courier service. YODEL! voted worst courier service two years running; and they really earned the award.

What a shame. I think Yodel will be costing them business in the future because of the unreliability of their couriers.

If Titmuss read this review, employ new couriers, even if you have to charge for delivery, it will save you business in the long run.

Disappointed

After some years using Titmuss, was badly let down over New Year..Rang up chasing order placed 28/12/15, told order was being processed that day 4/01/16. Carrier e.mailed on 5/01/16, finally arrived 9/01/16. Will look for alternative supplier.

Dog Food

I regularly order Skinners Field & Trail dog food. They seem to have the lowest cost available for 15kg, Always arrives within a couple of days. I can't comment on the customer services, that others seem to have had a problem with, as I've never had a problem.

Half The Food Pouches Burst Open

Half the food was burst open, reported to them and got no reply.

I bought 18 cartons of Nature diet, lamb with vegetables and rice. Nine of the cartons were burst open inside the box. The box was undamaged and I reported this to them the first day but 8 days later still no reply. I bought from these because of their good feedback but when I wrote my review they pointed out that all reviews were read before posting, so it appears that if a review is unfavorable, then no one will get to see it. I won't be using them again.

Cheap Prices And Fast Delivery

I ordered some PETTEX PREMIUM KOI STICKS 5KG ORANGE fish food from them. They were the cheapest stockist by far and also had free delivery. The product was delivered within a couple of days. Really impressive service and product range. I'm a very happy customer and will definitely buy from them again.

Out Of Date Horse Wormer

If i could i would give no stars, i purchased 2 equest horse wormer's, one £17.99 and the other £12.99 from their online outlet, well firstly they took 10 days to come, now one of the equest which was £12.99 wormer was out of date, i phoned and explained this, at first they were very polite and i sent photo's in of the wormer, but then i had another lady phone me accusing that i had purchased this wormer in 2010 and was no less accusing me of fraud.

I have the on-line receipt and i'm now going to report to trading standards.

Apparently she is the person that is control of the stock. I have out of date hard feed before, but dismissed it.

So now appalled and totally disgusted and i wont ever be buying again.

Great Service And Customer Support.

We had to change dog food due to the current supplier not producing the one I used any more. We tried some of the cheaper supermarket brands but my dog (Uzi, 11st Italian Mastiff) developed an allergy after eating it for just a couple of days.

After doing a bit of research we came across a food that contained all the necessary ingredients and more (we were adding cod liver oil capsules to his previous food due to arthritis).

We have used this site before to buy some Beta food and found it easy to use and the level of service was very high. This time we compared Titmuss own brand food (Hypo-allergenic Large breed with chicken and rice) to other brands available and it came out on top each and every time. When trying other food Uzi was either not impressed by it or it was not benefiting him in any way. We were apprehensive about trying yet another brand on him but took a gamble that paid off nicely when we ordered 30kg (2X 15 kg bags). When we needed to ask questions the telephone service was extremely helpful and the delivery service was quicker than expected.

Uzi loves it, its the first food that is eaten straight away (as in he enjoys the taste and doesn't just eat it because he's hungry) and seems to make better use of it as there is less...erm...'waste' produced.

All in all this is an excellent product and I'd recommend it to anyone and everyone.
