RBS say they need proof of identity as part of their 3 year review. They send a letter giving you 2 weeks to do this or they close the account. the letter arrives after the deadline so they suspend the account.Thanks! - we live in NZ!

Have tried to charge me £82.50 for not using the account. I had invested for a long term investment and they hadnt advised me of this. Complete rip off and not the usual service I expect from RBS

Totally rip off. Wanted me to pay over the odds when i wanted to close my share account, bad customer service.
