No Problems So Far.
My wife treated me to a Titan Elite in 2015 following open heart surgery and to date it has enabled me to carry on playing golf on a regular basis. It is easy to ride, comfortable, goes virtually anywhere within reason and I have had no issues so far. Hope that hasn't put the 'mokkers' on it! I would certainly recommend the purchase as there is nothing I don't like about them.

Titan S-elite Bought New And Nothing But Expensive Trouble
I bought the Titan S-Elite golf buggy new from Powerhouse Golf in 2015 for well in excess of £2000. I selected it because of the gleaming description and the claim that the company had an extensive network of agents for repair and maintenance work.
After 3 months the brake seized and initially the company wanted me to return it to them (several hundred miles away) but after much discussion they eventually very reluctantly agreed that a local agent they had used before could fix it under warranty. A few months later another part broke and again the company very reluctantly agree to repair it but only after photos had been sent to show the damage. Within two years of purchase another two major breakdowns occurred, a brake and electronics problem and a complete collapse of the steering column. This cost several hundred pounds and the company claimed that the buggy was out of warranty and no longer their responsibility. Knowing that consumer rights extend well beyond warranty and I referred the case to the ombudsman. The company refused to engage with the ombudsman so that my only course would have been legal action.
The buggy has had further issues since then and is less than 3 years old.
In my view the claims the company makes with respect to the quality of this product, its reliability and their after sales care and maintenance are inaccurate and I would never purchase anything from them again

From Powerhouse Golf
During our 15 years in business we have sold in access of 13000 pieces of this model from the Pro range. During this time many many upgrades have improved the buggy to what it is today. There are a total of 13 reviews on this site most are good with a few exceptions. In addition to this we have many more thousands of buggies trolleys etc including repairs. It is just not possible to get a fair picture of a company from such a tiny proportion of customers.
Product & Customer Care
As someone in the market to buy a ride on buggy, I have found the reviews, contained here invaluable. Having read the customer reviews of Powerhouse as a company and their products I will not be buying from them.
Thanks to all your readers who placed their comments on your page.

Bucking Bronco
Has enough power to go round my hilly course but as the course has sloping fairways and ruts can be like riding a bucking bronco. The twisting chassis is an acquired taste to say the least! It feels as though it could tip and it works your back out one might say!
It is better made than I expected having read other reviews on here. Good value for money.
Re Powerhouse Buggie
As with many other reviews I have read the after care from this company is disgraceful. My buggie is 6 months old, steering wheel broke after one month, after 5 months buggie stopped completely, was charged 98 pound to send buggie back even though is still under garrentee it was repaired and a new steering wheel fitted when buggie was returned it was working but the new steering wheel was broken speaking to other people, steering wheel as a design fault I found out they have redesigned a new one asked if they could send me one and I would fit it my self, they wanted to charge me for it ,i said I would take it to trading standards and they put the phone down on me . I would me very careful in dealing with this company

Uno Buggy Repar And Servicep
purchased a uno buggy second hand thought i would go to powerhouse for a service they said i needed a new motor and electromagnetic brake as well as the service the bill came to over£500 i used the buggy twice and electromagnetic brake failed went all the way to manchester for repair said (PIN) was broken and they replaced the pin foc used twice again same fault spoke to them they said i PROBABLY needed a NEW controller (MEGA BUCKS) i had mick at golfability send me a stronger pin and set about replacing it myself . the first thing i became aware of was that the COLLAR on the motor shaft pulled straight off and exposed broken pin i examined the collar and could see that it hd TWO ALLEN KEY SCREWS they were NOTdone up otherwise the collar would not have pulled off i replaced the pin replaced the collar DID UP BOTH THE ALLEN SCREWS refitted the brake and all is workin fine now not at all happy with the service i received at powerhouse if they write that they did tighten the allen screws WHY DID THE COLLAR JUST PULL OFF?????
I work for Powerhouse Golf and firstly would like to apologise IF indeed the allen key bolts were loose. They are there to hold the collar in place but the collar should remain in place even if these bolts were missing hence the user had to PULL the collar back. It is no excuse for loose bolts though and we shall ensure a full investigation into who did the work and how this occurred. Secondly we can only offer advice as to what could POSSIBLY be at fault when the buggy is not actually at our premises, so we most certainly would never use the word "probably" in fact we would request the buggy be brought to us so we could find out exactly what the problem was (we did make this request to the user). As with any mechanical items (more so with any off road vehicle) components break and the user has been unlucky enough to have two issues with his buggy in such a short period of time. The buggy was NOT purchased from ourselves and the reason the users bill was over £500.00 is that he had purchased a buggy at a cheap price and it was in a state of disrepair when he purchased it, it's the risk you take when purchasing second hand unless from a reputable outlet with a warranty. I stress we take our customers satisfaction very seriously and we are sorry this customer has encountered these problems.

Avoid This Buggy If You Want Reliability And Peace Of Mind
I fully agree with earlier posts. Advertised as British made, it is, in fact only put together in the UK. Chinese rubbish at its worst! Each time something breaks - and it will, often - the company expects you to return the whole thing at your expense. Drive shafts, centre shafts and steering column (twice) have all just fallen apart ( two within warranty ) and you then have to fight for your consumer rights. They claim breakages are not common,- Why then do they supply hugely expensive replacements complete with photos and instructions of how to fit them yourself? If it were properly made with decent quality materials it would be really good, but sadly that is not the case.

Simply The Best
After speaking to many diferent golf buggy manufacturers about a buggy suitable for myself with disability needs I found powerhouse being much better by far..speaking to the store manager at midleton he explained the best for my needs . absolutely great to deal with and really happy with my purchase and customer care
Nothing But Trouble
Since buying this poorly constructed, Chinese made, piece of rubbish I have had nothing but trouble and each time the company expect ME to pay £50 each way to have it fixed. Things have just fallen apart, - including, this time a drive shaft!- and it is now out of the years warranty. Parts are ridiculously expensive (eg 4 plastic mudguards as an optional extra - £150) - AVOID!!!
Q&A
Can anybody advise me on what to do to sort out my problem with my Lithium powered, Powerhouse ride-on buggy? When battery is fully charged, after about 6 holes the indicator lights on thumb control unit go out and I lose all power, I found verdigris on the connection joint between front and back chassis and split the joint and thoroughly cleaned it, put it back together and this doesn't seem to have cleared it.
