Booked via Shuttle Direct and like others was concerned about poor reviews but service was excellent and great value for money. Pick up was confirmed both by text and email to my hotel and return transfer was made as arranged with plenty of time for the check in with no rush. I would have no hesitation in using them again. My only comment is that the arrivals point at P a lam airport sign says "Urbis" rather than Viajes Urbis - a little confusing.

I Was Worried, But All Was Great!
Booked return transfer Malaga to La Carihuela with Expedia, and after reading the reviews, I was very worried I had picked the wrong transfer company, but I can only speak as I found. My journey went like clockwork. Driver was waiting in the foyer at Malaga Airport. When I tried to re-confirm my return journey, I did have difficulty getting through to their office, so I went to the reception desk of my hotel, who printed off all the return details of my journey for me. Coach was there at allotted time & the drivers both ways were courteous, kind and very helpful. vehicles were immaculately clean on both journeys, so my worries proved to be unfounded.

Never Showed Up. Insisted They Did.
Booked from Malaga to Banalmadena return but they never showed for the return to the airport. After waiting 15mins I attempted to phone them but no answer. Had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute so I did not miss my flight. They insisted they were there but the driver never phoned me.

I booked the "speedy shuttle" return service through ebookers from Fuerteventura airport to Costa Calma region. This cost just under £50 and stated that the shuttle will make a maximum of 4 stops with a maximum of 30 mins wait. I got to the airport and told where to get the shuttle. It was a large coach and made me think if this will be speedy! The coach left the airport an hour of me sitting on it and the coach full of people! It made its way down the motorway and after just over 2 hours of driving and stopping at 12 hotels along the way i got to my hotel. I made numerous calls to ebookers as I paid for the service through them. They contacted Viajes Urbis who are looking into the route the coach took via GPS!
I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS TRANSFER COMPANY. Be aware, not all as it seems!

My driver was not there when I arrived. I waited around for a half hour. There was no one at there travel desk in arrivals either. I left and got a cab outside. When I complained and requested a refund they said no and that I was a no show. A total waste of money. So unprofessional and bad customer service.
Get a taxi when you arrive. There are plenty outside waiting no matter what time you arrive.

Failed To Turn Up At Gran Canaria Hotel
don't waste your money booking with this firm they do not turn up and no way of contacting them they are useless.

"shared Transfer" = Waiting For 1,5 Hours
Booked the airport transfer from Tenerife South. At arrival, the precommunicated airport office was closed, and had a paper sign saying "pleose go to office #2"... After searching through the entire arrival hall, I was pretty confident to conclude they had no second office. Had to ask around to finally get referred to a parking lot outside, where my bus was waiting with already 2 passengers inside. The bus was waiting, but that didn't mean we would leave anytime soon. Driver first told me he'd leave in 40 minutes, which was already long, but ok. After 1h, we still hadn't left, so I asked again. He wanted to stay 5 more minutes to wait on 2 people. 10 more minutes and 8 people later, he got a call to wait for one more guy. Eventually, 1h35min after landing, the bus finally took off, and that's even longer for the people before me. I think we had better taken public transport...

Shuttle Bus In Mallorca
We used shuttle bus on 23.8.2018 and 30.8.2018. We were afraid of reviews we read - long waiting time, long trip etc. but maybe because we used this service on Thursdays it was super-b.
We arrived and found office very quickly (1st we went to Viajes service desk and they send us to "shuttle bus" service desk. This is the only complain I have - would be helpful to update meeting point in reservation letter - anyhow it was very quick to move from one service desk to another).
From service desk we went out and our bus was 1st closest from terminal. Driver checked everything and we waited couple of minutes (~15min) and our trip started. Bus was very comfortable - the only complain was air condition - even if you turned it off, it still was too strong for heads
Bus went directly to our city (maybe 5th stop on the way). No any side-ways. It was indeed full but the way was anyhow the fastest one for us. It took more or less same time as used by car (up to 1 hour).
On the way back they left notice on reception 2 days before and bus arrived in exact minute. Time management was super-b as bus already had passengers so we were not 1st stop.
So for our family - we will definitely use it also in the future but again we will choose dates outside weekends

Driver was rude, angry and very unprofessional- poor first impression of Gran Canaria.

I would like to thank their rep who was very helpful on 21 August 2014 at Malaga Airport. We had booked accommodation at the wrong destination to our booked holiday. She helped us sort out things and was very helpful as we did not speak any Spanish. We were travelling from UK to Malaga, Nerja resort. How do I get there?
