Blackburn Mall, Blackburn

Back in 2013, I posted a review, saying that this place was slowly dying... And it was, however in 2015, businesses have re-opened and changed this place around.

The staff still might not be the best, and the parking is poor, however the shopping center has now become a nicer place, I like how this place is laid out, compared to its nearby competitors, however I do not like the car park, sadly it needs to be improved.

Unfortunately this mall is slowly deteriorating. Stores are beginning to shut down. In and around the mall. With street performers hanging around the exterior of the place, it is not great. With HMV shutting down , Gamexchange moving to a lower paid rent stall in the mall market, Some stores are used for temporary christmas time and are shut for the majority of the year. Also there are some terrible stalls which try to get you to sign up for junk and nag you while your in a rush.

The security is also terrible, and clearly don't care for the well-being of their customers.

maybe they can pick up the pieces and get this mall better. With the Market being decent and having some ok stalls and only bringing this rating up from a 1 to a 2 , maybe the money they spent on it was worth it afterall ?
