Santa Claus
Flat runflat Sunday before Cmas and I was loaded up going to Oxford. I went to Rice Lane where the man was particularly unpleasant and refused to help, even though I am disabled and it was a Motability car. Drove on to Edge Lane, They were amazing and although I had a wait, which was fine by me as coffee and loo were available, they were prepared to help me out. Thank you x

Booked Car M.O.T Inspection online; Dissatisfied with the car MOT test inspection carried out I arranged to have further checks made to my vehicle at my own expense. Following these additional checks made to my vehicle my doubts & suspicions have been confirmed with the additional information.
The M.O.T test result & information provided by KWIK FIT is false and inaccurate.
A full M.O.T and additional safety checks have been carried out by my local garage & HALFORDS & confirm that KWIK FIT have knowingly and wilfully provided me with false and inaccurate information and failed to conduct the M.O.T inspection appropriately and in accordance with regulations provided by DVSA & VOSA.
KWIK FIT have knowingly and wilfully breached the terms and conditions of the consumer agreement contract and as a result I will be claiming the expenses of the additional costs I have been caused unnecessarily by the inappropriate actions of KWIK FIT staff.
Take my advice & go elsewhere!!

Do Not Trust Any Kwik Fit Centres
I had to buy tyres in an emergency last october , i hated tohave to goto kwikfit but they were the only ones t hat said they could do it that day . 40 minnslater ,i get a call from them saying my brakes were shot , the drums and pads etc ..... a total cost of 750 pounds including the 310 for tyres. based onthe fact my mot was in may ,i took it to my mot garage , and guess what ....... nothing wrong at all with the brakes ..... well i had to get the tyres at rip off prices and thought nothing more of it.
yesterday my car failed the mot for having the wrong size tyre on it..... i asked the mechanic tocheck the brakes before i go back to kwikfit. ......i produced the receipt and told him to replace the wrong tyre ..told him there was nothing wrong with the brakes ...... guess what ..... he tried to tell me my brakes were illegal and dangerous and that for 300 quid , they will fix themthere and then....i told himthat was funny as the mechanic at the garage that mot the car said they were all very legal ......... watching him squirm was a delight ans told everyone in the shop that they will try and rip them off .
NEVER GOING THERE OR RECCOMENDING KWIKFIT TO ANYONE ..

Quick And Easy Service
Had a puncture but have an insurance that pays for replacement tyres and although was the 3rd in 12months just turned up to get the new tire and thought nothing of it. It turned out that there was an undiagnosed wheel alignment fault and steering fault making tyres on the same side wear unevenlly at motorway speed that the dealer fixed. although insured, and in all honesty was skeptical, it turned out that kwik fit knew their stuff and no further punctures! credit where it is due they did do me a favour and saved costs (or worse) down the line.

You Won't Believe...how They Rip You Off
I took my car in for a routine MOT and service whilst 6 months pregnant. I was surprised to get a call saying that my car had "faults" that were "dangerously close to failing" and "borderline legal". This came as a shock, considering my car was only 4 years old with less than 19,000 miles on the clock, used once a week to go to the shops, and a full service history from Suzuki!! How could it suddenly go from fully serviced and passed to "borderline legal"?
Not being car savvy, I gave the so called "boys to trust" the benefit of the doubt, and although their "recommended repairs" were only "suggestions", I was not going to take any risks, especially given my condition. I think they knew that and picked an easy target.
£500 of the money I'd saved for my baby went to them. After seeing the scandal on Watchdog about them ripping people off nationwide, I asked for an investigation from the area manager. He said that as I hadn't asked for the old parts at the time, there was nothing he could do. I will NEVER go there again - I even turned down the vouchers they offered me as "compensation".

I Had A Worry About One Of My Tyres From Kwik Fit
I had a worry about one of my tyres from kwik fit when I first got my car and they looked it over couldn't find anything wrong so corrected all my pressures and didn't charge anything. As I was a new driver I was expecting to pay something even though nothing was wrong for their time,so because of this when I did have a nail puncture recently I had no worries about going back to them because I felt they wouldn't rip me off or suggest work that isn't needed .
