Just read the reviews after visiting Confetti & Lace Farnham, can honestly say I was gobsmacked with such nagativity!

Such a shame as people judge by these reviews. I thought the two ladies where lovely and honest! That's what we all need for such a personal experience! I cannot fault at all, just down to earth, patient and full of experience and good advice! The shop has many designs to compliment every figure, and age. I would defiantly recommend! I left the shop very content with my experience and with the most beautiful dress for my big day ❤️

Went in today, was very excited and loved the communication before my appointment. I'm a plus size lady and had a budget of £1200 the lady told me she would order dresses In to fit my requests. The ladies picked 4 dresses off the rail (not preordered) for me to try on an after the second dress I realised the cheapest they selected was £1570. I asked if they had anymore in my size and in my budget she said only fishtails which she knew I didn't like! When my bridesmaids tried to look for dresses for me they were shot down and told the dresses they were looking at were not what I wanted as they were fishtails, even though they weren't. I found one dress I liked but was too expensive and I felt pressured into getting it. So safe to say I said No to the job!!

My experience as a customer of confetti and lace was beyond traumatising and horrific. Does anyone have the contact details for head office so I can make a formal complaint?

I had a great experience in the shop and was made to feel a beautiful bride to be. HOWEVER - they were quite pushy for me to put a deposit down when I did like a dress even though I had stated that I wanted something in a different material. They didn't have something comparable. Anyway, I left without purchasing and then found the dress I liked at another authorised seller of the designer at £200 cheaper! If they offered it to me at that price now I wouldn't do it through principle.

After hearing a few bad things about Confetti and Lace in Farnham, I was slightly sceptical about going there for my first experience of trying on a wedding dress. I couldnt have been more surprised. My consultant, was so lovely, she really made me feel at ease, and even after I had picked out a million dresses, didnt try to put me off any of them. She started by asking what style I had in mind, then picked out the exact version. After trying it on and realising it wasnt for me, she was so helpful and honest, and my dress was the 5th one I tried. She could read my reaction as soon as I walked out the changing room, and instead of trying to sway me, asked me opinion and what I did/didnt like.

The dress I picked was slightly above my budget, as they dont tell you the price of the dresses before you try them, but they did all they could to help me out. One thing I will say, is they can be slightly pushy when it comes to the purchase, as they obviously dont want you to go away and buy it somewhere else. But if you have found the dress for you, it shouldnt matter!

The ladies at Confetti and Lace could not have been more helpful when it came to helping me chose my wedding dress. The shop is beautiful, and whilst appointments are usually with another bride in the shop, having others admire you in your dress and compliment you is lovely! I was encouraged to try on a variety of dresses that I picked out with my maid of honor, but it was in fact a dress that Beverley identified as suiting my style and body shape that I have chosen! I was also encouraged to go and try on another dress in another shop that I had liked - these ladies are only interested in getting you in the right dress you love. I now can't wait for my dress to arrive and to be able to try it on again!

I was made very welcome at Confetti and Lace - my first foray into bridal shops. Beverley was warm and helpful in her comments throughout the trying on process and allowed me to enjoy feeling like a princess swishing dresses here, there and everywhere through her shop. She offered a professional service in a friendly manner which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy myself as a bride to be. I'd definitely recommend Confetti and Lace to future prospective brides. You will find yourself with a range of beautiful dresses to try on and a friendly 'host' into the bargain.

I can not recommend Confetti and Lace in Farnham highly enough. It was recommended to me by three different people separately. The shop is light and airy with plenty of room for you and your guests and the selection of dresses is fantastic. The staff were so friendly and their knowledge, honesty and guidance was excellent. I was nervous about trying on dresses for the first time but I felt completely relaxed and under no pressure the whole time. I really wanted to avoid a snobby shop that put you under pressure and this place couldn't be furthered removed from that. We arrived early and they let us stay and made us drinks. They spent a long time with us even though they were fairly busy and probably hungry for their lunch! They ask you when you arrive to fill in a form that outlines your day and budget and even though I had the lowest budget they didn't make me feel any less than someone with the biggest budget. They don't even try and tempt you with more expensive dresses unless you specifically ask and then they warn you not too look unless you are really sure - I think this just goes to show they have the bride to be's interest at heart otherwise they would be trying to tempt you with expensive dresses to make more money. They have dresses to suit all budgets, I was completely shocked at how reasonably priced the dresses were. Thank you confetti and lace, I really enjoyed myself today and will be back to buy my dress once I have made up my mind!

Confetti and Lace in Farnham is the perfect place to look for your special dress. With a huge supply of beautiful dresses to choice from, there is a team of friendly and professional staff at hand to help. You are made to feel so welcome from the beginning, and there is never a sense of being rushed. No matter how many visits you make, the staff always greet you with a smile and enthusiasm. I am excited to be buying my dress from here, and would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter Lisa and I went to Confetti and Lace in Farnham on Saturday 30 June 2012, where we were greeted by 2 very friendly members of staff, who took Lisa's details. Beverley then told us that she would be looking after Lisa and after being offered a very welcome cup of tea, then with Beverley's help started to pick out dresses for Lisa to try on. We never felt rushed or pressured in any way and in fact were encouraged to go and see another dress that my daughter had previously tried on in another bridal shop to ensure that Lisa made the right choice.

We are going back this Saturday to try on the dress for a second time and I am confident we will again receive the friendly welcome and expert advice that was given to us on our first visit.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this brial shop the old review don't reflect the service, professionalism and friendliness that you will now receive.
