Stay Away From Both Of The Dealers

New update don't go there they sell cars that are not fit to be on the roads they put me and my family at risk and they keep lying about it. we have dashcam audio of them saying they would pay for the repairs we sent the bill know they won't pay we have given them time to do this still nothing we have called and emailed and gone on live chat still nothing they cut us off next step is court. from day one we had problems and they did nothing thank god i took it to another place to be looked at and when we want back then they become mad up in my face they said that we will pay for it send the bill that's what we done know they are lying saying they never said that but dashcam and audio don't ly next step is court STAY AWAY FROM BOTH OF THE DEALERS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM LIKE THIS

Warranty Not Worth Anything

Buyers beware, the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. I bought a BMW 5 series and within a few days I reported a problem with the alignment as the car was pulling to the left. They took the car for a whole day and said it was the tyre pressure, which they claimed to have fixed.

After a few more weeks of the same problem I took it to Kwik Fit and they said it was the alignment. I contacted the guy who sold me the car, and he became very aggressive when I told him that it was the alignment and he should refund the cost. He claimed I had no proof, even though I brought the car back within a week.

It's a basic expectation that a car drives straight. I read online that the AA inspection doesn't mean anything, and now I've experienced that it's true. If you take any problem to them all they will say is that it was AA inspected. They've got a real thing going with the warranty there.

The only people that seem to have a good thing to say about this company are those that are lucky enough to get a car without problems.

I bought a car from Stockport car supermarket. 3 months later the car developed many faults. Obviously the car was not serviced before selling it. They were very unhelpful and I will lead a campaign to expose this rot. If you are thinking about buying a car from them, please think twice. All other garages give you 3 months warranty, they give you 28 days. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I will seek legal redress

Just 12 months since I bought the best car I've ever had. Also the best car buying experience. The two guys I dealt with are proof that the prevailing myth about 'used car salesmen' is just that - a myth.

Steer Clear!!!!!!

Bought a car from them a few months back, immediately there were problems with the AC pump. Took back in to be repaired. No courtesy car offered and they had my car for 6 days!.

Eventually car was fixed as it was still cold (january/february time) AC wasn't used, when the weather started warming up I discovered that again it was faulty and blowing out hot air. My step father whonis a mechanic checked it and told me it was something to do with a live wire not working, making my car cut out and battery light come on. Rang numerous times to sort out going back in as my car was under warranty at the time. When I checked this with the staff he ummd and ahhd and eventually said only parts were I hadnt had this car three months by this time!! I asked for the manager to contact me and was told he would shortly. Manager never rang, at a loss of what to do I rang my car finance people who said they could intervene on my behalf. We were STILL IGNORED.

Also my being a lone female when purchasing the car they did NOTHING to the car. Literally sold it to me as was. Didnt change the tyres which were close to their legal limit, brake pads need replacing.

Disgusting customer service. CONN ARTISTS. Steer well clear because they will end up costing you a fortune!!

Nothing But Trouble!

Purchased a car from them last year. Its been nothing but trouble. Upon sale was told the car had a FULL SERVICE HISTORY. This was a total lie. After hundred of phone calls, all to which I was totally ignored. Funny how all my phone calls were ignored but as soon as my dad called they responded with a promise of a full service history on its way. Turns out this full service history is a one line email explaining nothing about the cars history. I wouldn't be surprised if i've been missed a Cat D car. A year on and i'm trying to get rid of this car which has cost me thousands in repairs, but still without the promised service history.

I wouldn't deter anyone form buying a car from this company as they are incredibly dishonest and in my opinion they have sold me a piece of junk.
