Not A Reputable Company
I ordered an outdoor sectional back in May of 2013, with 1-2 week delivery time. I also purchased their strongly recommended white glove delivery. Arrived in 4 weeks, not 1-2 weeks. Driver unloaded 4 of the 7 pieces, unwrapped the pieces in front of me. (wrapped in plain plastic wrap without crates or padding, etc. as I saw it on the truck prior to unloading). All of the cushions were dirty and what looked like water stained, one frame was completely bent. Not to mention the color shown was dark brown on the website. ( I ordered "color as shown") and it was delivered tan. The driver told me I should not accept it. While they were still there, I called Defy immediately, I explained the condition of the pieces...I signed the paper work from the shipping company stated the damages and thankfully took a few pictures which clearly shows one piece didn't even sit flat. They apologized for the situation and told me to send pictures to request return. I did that immediately. At first it seemed they were just going to take it back, then they wanted to send someone to fix and clean it but I paid for new furniture, not used...or possibly refused from someone else. It would have taken months for them to replace it.
One phone conversation they said they understood and this was a different kind of circumstance that she did not think it would be a problem to get a refund. Someone will contact you. Another 2 weeks go by and this is when the battle began. I have purchased many high ticketed items and furniture online and this is the first time I ever had to refuse a delivery.
DefySupply claims that their furniture is high quality, and more importantly new. They also claim that they inspect each piece before shipping. It is very clear to me that this is not so. This furniture was clearly damaged before it shipped, IT WAS WRAPPED before shipping with stains and damage. Their furniture is not inspected therefore people are getting (reading from many other complaints) damaged furniture and DefySupply does not stand by their policy of delivering new, high quality furniture. They drag out the disputes, and the end result is the consumer gets stuck. Any reputable company would do right by their customers...unless there are too many unhappy consumers trying to get their hard earned money back. Seven months later, I am still arguing and disputing. They want me to officially return the furniture (in which I do not have) paid $1,819.98 - pay for shipping both ways $590.00...and they will credit me $866.00.
So for $590.00 I have nothing but one big nightmare. My next letter is to the Better Business Bureau.

Cracked In Half Table Top
I purchased a marble top kitchen table from you @ defy supply and it came cracked in half and base glass also cracked on July 5th I called the moment it came in to let your company know it is cracked and filed the form on line and send you pics, today is 11/16/13 and your company still has not sent me the table top and base, You guys keep telling my American express charge card company that I never reported it and which I have proof that I did and your company keeps telling me that they are going to send a replacement and still have not, It has been 4 months and I have a broken table in pieces in the middle in the kitchen floor. All I ask for is replacement of broken pieces or refund and customer service has told me numerous of times that they will take of it and still have not, so basically I have a kitchen table that I paid over $1,000.00 sitting in the middle of the floor and you are not doing nothing about it. So I recommend and will let others know NOT to purchase from your company because if so, they will keep there money if there is anything wrong with the item they purchased!!!!!

Worst Online Experience Ever
I am a huge online shopper and I purchased a dining table, 8 dining chairs, bed, 3 sectionals, multiple sofas and swivel chairs from this website because they looked beautiful and had a good price. I ordered them in May 2013 and contrary to what the website commits, received more than half of the items after the committed time frame of 12 weeks. Some items were received after more than 20 weeks from the order date. Not just that, the sectionals, sofas and bed were different from how they looked at the website and the chairs were wobbly. After following up for over 2 months with "customer service" over multiple emails and phone calls, I have had numerous promises made to me about refunds which I am still following up on. They also sent a repair agent to my place who mentioned that the chairs and side lamps of the bed were beyond repair by them. I am still waiting for them to respond to me on this - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I am hoping the company can step up their customer service and stop making false commitments to its customers.

The following "Satisfaction Guarantee" is from their website. They lied to my wife and I about the quality of the product and the refund policy. The managers NEVER called back or had the fortitude to answers our calls or emails. They let the lackeys in the cubical farm pose as representatives of the company to handle the 100's of angry customer calls. Do an average google search of the company and you will find the same story of their company model being a gigantic rip off. Please do not buy from this company!! It looks like a good deal, but it is not. They will take your money and you will be left with an empty spot in your living room where your old couch used to be..

Poor Quality Furniture
I ordered 3 bar stools and leather bed,it took 3 months.Bar stools got base damaged and lift system does not work unless you put a 170 pounds person on it.Very poor quality.Bed had no damage but look terrible.Do not order from this company.The customer claim service agreed to replace bases and lift system but this is not what I wanted.No money back and still waiting for parts.

This is the robbery here. I liked a sofa and paid for it and then changed my mind to cancel the order at the 23 hour. They said they can not refund me. They did not even gave me my money as refund. They gave store credit (only 80%) and asked me go hell.
Hell with you defysofa. No one will buy from you. Soon you are gonna be out of business.
Defective Sofa - Beware!
I ordered the Paragould Microfiber Sectional Sofa from defysupply.com on May 17th, 2012. I was quoted 4-6 weeks for delivery. Almost 11 weeks later, on July 31, 2012, I received the sofa. I did not choose the "white glove delivery service option" therefore the sofa was delivered into my home and left in the original packaging. I inspected the four boxes that were delivered and noted on the delivery receipt/report that although there was no damage to the outside of the boxes, the boxes were not opened for further inspection.
Upon opening the boxes, the poor quality of the sofa became evident. The frame of the lounge section was bent. I also noticed that the front, left leg of one section of the sofa was damaged. The leg, which seems to be made of a cheap quality metal was crushed and pushed up into the frame. In addition, the manufacturer used the incorrect screws to attach the legs to the sofa. This presents the likelihood that all legs will eventually break due to normal use of the sofa.
I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the sofa. I have never seen a sofa so cheaply made. There is no cushioning in the arms - when you rest your arm, you feel a piece of fabric wrapped around a piece of plywood. The back cushions and seat cushions are stiff as a board. When inspecting the damaged section, I was astonished to see the frame construction of the sofa. This sofa is unsafe and could be potentially dangerous. All this for a price of over $1400.00!
We are not only disappointed in defysupply.com, we feel scammed. I called the moment I unwrapped the sofa and saw what we received. I told customer service that I wanted them to pick up the sofa and credit our American Express for the full invoiced amount of $1419.17. The sofa is not as described on their website and the issue I have is that the product is defective. I placed the order, but they did not provide us with a quality product that was safe for use. I contacted them first and was told to fill out a form on their website outlining the problems, which I did. I was told that they would review the case and either send someone out to repair the damage (which is impossible) or wait another 11+ weeks to receive a replacement sofa. I would never order from a merchant like defysupply.com again, who would knowingly sell a product like this. It is unbelievable that they had the gall to send me an email stating that this sofa passed a "quality inspection" on July 11, 2012. When I refused these two options I was told to call back so that a supervisor could review the case. The following day, I called and was told that since I had disputed the charge with American Express, they could do nothing to assist me.
Do not order from Defy Supply.
I Love My New Leather Sectional!!
I've never been so in love with a piece of furniture so I must write a defysupply review! I purchased the sophro classical leather sectional in white (just like the picture!) and its gorgeous. It looks great in my formal living room and provides the right amount of elegance, but is also modern. Overall, I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and Defysupply. They were helpful and responsive when I called regarding customer service issues. Shipping was also a breeze; it took several weeks but the piece arrived in pristine condition. For discount furniture that is both affordable and high quality, I HIGHLY recommend defysupply.

Great Experience!
I had a great experience with DefySupply. I was searching for furniture for our new house & my coworker recommended their site. I purchased a beautiful 3-piece leather sofa set for our living room and a new dining set. I ordered the furniture in advance, prior to moving, and everything arrived about a week after we moved into our new place. The dining set included a glass table and it arrived without a scratch which was such a relief. Quality is good and the prices were stellar. No problems, overall very very pleased.

I have never dealth with a company this dishonorable. Buyer beware. If you have any issues with your order you will not get anything out of these guys.
I chose one of the several couches that had in their description "adjustable headrests". The couch was 3 weeks late and upon discovery I found that the headrests were not adjustable at all. I talked to the customer service rep and she proceeded to email the corporate office. I received an email from the corporate office stating that they had to contact the manufacturer in China, but that they were closed for chinese new years for the entire month of February.
A month later, I received a call from customer service stating that the manufacturer had confirmed that the headrests were not adjustable and that I could receive a $100 in store credit. I stated that this was not acceptable and that I wanted it replaced with a model that had the feature. The customer service rep sent my response back to the corporate office for a response. It took 3 weeks and at least 5 phone calls for me to get a response back which did not change.
I have now gone through American Express to dispute my charge and the company has come back to them saying that there is nothing in the description that states that the headrests are adjustable. Of course! The company promptly removed this description from the item on their website the day after they responded to me. I wish I had saved a copy of the original advertisement because Amex needs this in order to proceed further.
