Not Fit For Purpose

This boiler (Advance 25C) was fitted last year in November, it broke down in March 2020 and again in October 2020 - both times requiring a Primary circuit board, the second time requiring a fan as well. Clearly not fit for purpose, and after 10 days the boiler is still not fixed because they are slow to send parts, their technicians don't prioritise their warranty customers and will only fit you in around their other jobs.

DO NOT BUY!

Awful Customer Service On Our Nearly New Boiler

Our boiler is awful, noisy, unreliable and temperamental. Broke down today, no hot water. Phoned customer service who said it’s not there problem, even though the boiler is 3 years old and has a 7 year warranty! Be warned stay away. Cheap flimsy boiler with rude, unhelpful customer service to match!

Hi We Installed A Riva Plus Biasi Combi And Almost

Hi we installed a Riva plus Biasi Combi and almost immediately experience problems despite calling out people on numerous occasions the problem was never really sold over the years we haven’t been able to make much headway and now the boiler is cutting out after only two or three minutes use making it impossible to have a shower or heating in the house properly

Biasi have been almost completely useless in terms of support or being empathetic given that they are offering technical support to the plumber who is racking up massive bills as I write

I’ve heard that Byassee took this boiler off the market very quickly as it had so many problems

It was never fit for purpose and we feel completely cheated

Biasia Boilers Are Not Fit For Purpose Dont Buy One

After Just 2.5 years this completely broke down, it was fully commissioned and came with a 5 year warranty, when it broke down I called out British Gas as had insurance with my services, the Engineer did not believe it was only 2.5 years old as it was covered in rust inside, He condemned it on the spot, contacted Biasi who told him it was still under warranty. told me to send in copies of he service book but as it was serviced about 18 Months after installation (6 months out) they refused to honour the warranty, I made several complaints and was just ignored, I have had to get a brand new boiler installed at considerable expense. Thinking of taking this to the small claims court. I wish I had seen this before buying it

Do Not Buy A Biasi Boiler

We have had nothing but problems with this boiler in the 4 years we have had it. It seems to be the heating that causes most problems. Every winter for the last four years we live in fear of having no heating for weeks on end. Untold amount of engineers - comunication with biasi who immediately start looking for all the reasons we should not have any support from them under the 5 year guarantee. New parts - one engineer identified that a part was actually missing - we wondered if this had been the issue all along? Of course Biasi said this is not possible! Part was replaced. Winter is coming - heating on - ignition still fails - we give in - new boiler is ordered. We cannot go another winter with this BIASI boiler. What a waste of money - the boiler is rubbish and the customer service is poor - this company do not deserve to be in business.

Regular Breakdowns, Terrible Service!

I have two of these in properties I have and both of them have been completely unreliable. Worse still is the service. I reported a breakdown today (Friday) at 08:30 to be told it would be Monday or Tuesday before anyone came out. meaning no heating or hot water for my tenants and their baby again - for the second time in 4 weeks and the 4th time in 18 months since it was installed as a new boiler! So I have had to cut my losses and throw the think in the skip - at 18 months old and still under warranty!

Desperate things - don't touch with a bargepole!

Nightmare

I was recommended a Biasi boiler by Furness Heating Components, Barrow in Furness. I never received the Guarantee from the company and shortly after installation the boiler started playing up. Furness Heating visited several times to replace parts they thought necessary and when I realised that costs were escalating I asked about their advertised boiler insurance. They replied that they do not cover Biasi as they have had too many problems with them and the cover would not be cost effective. How's that for product endorsement?

Constant Faults Terrible Product (i Have 5 Of These Boilers)

As a landlord that has unfortunately fitted 5 of these in my property's, I feel that I should write this review to give people a good idea of what they are looking to buy, I read all the reviews and thought they can't be that bad,,, wrong!

Out of the 5 boilers 4 have had problems, the build quality is poor, il be looking to replace them with a better quality boiler as they breakdown again one by one, the latest repair this week cost me £120 only because I had a good idea it was the fan, otherwise it could have been hundreds, my advice is by a quality boiler it may cost 3-4hundred quid more but will save you £1000s in repairs over 10 years biasi are rubbish!

Awful Boiler

Hot water is not hot enough, in the 2 years i have had mine the diverter Value has failed, then after they changed that under warranty the main heat exchanger sprung a leak but although i took video footage of the leak on my phone, as it wasnt leaking when the repair man came they just ignored the problem for months, finally it was pouring out with water and they changed the heat enxchanger, now the boiler cuts out, appaerently its overheating, there is a blockage somewhere in the heat exchanger....... HELLO its a new heat exchanger that you just installed......... erm sorry you are now out of your warranty , cant help you, this is 3 weeks after changing the exchanger...... total waste of space. now the air purge valve is leaking....... such poor quality and rubbish customer services, so much stress caused by breakdowns, its just not worth it, just spend the extra couple of hundred initially and get a better brand, otherwise you will regret it

It sounds to me that you would be much better off spending a couple of hundred extra and getting a better installer. I have installed dozens of Biasi combis, and not one has failed in the last ten years. Am I lucky and get good boilers? No, I put the things in properly.
