very poor service I will be stopping all payments to this rip off company. they have rejected my mobile phone which was accidentally damaged we had to send it to service providers for repair under and later identified as damaged and it could not be repaired so we had to claim which of course was refused by this company and worst this that they would put it writing that they wanted the phone which was held back by the manufacturers after be considered as unrepeatable. I was also told by the manufacturers that insurance company had not right to request the phone back and to get it in writing from the insurance that they want the phone before processing my claims.
