Steps Bistro & Restaurant, Torquay has a good central location, prices, venue decor, quality of service.

we were warmly welcomed into a small atmospheric bistro with a very varied menu. We had excellant sevice throughout our meal and will be going again. The prices were reasonable and varied depending your choices and pocket, but looking around each meal had its merits.

We happened upon Steps after a recommendation from local friends. Although we had to look for this establishment and ask directions several times, we found it after passing 3 times, well worth the search though with fantastic food at very reasonable prices.
