This Is The Most Stupid Machine Ever Made, I Purch

This is the most stupid machine ever made, I purchased this several weeks ago from John Lewis in Nottingham, in fairness i've never had a machine which can make coffee as hot as if it was made using a kettle. However, the pour is stupid, you have to have the pot upside down to get anything out and even then its not enough. However my issue is not with the actual machine, because the timer works fine, (although sometimes the timer changes time by itself). My issue is with the grinder, up until now it doesnt grind enough coffee to make the perfect cup, it grinds a certain amount and there is no button which allows you to grind more, you have the three strength options, but the strength options are preset. However today it has stopped working, it sounds like its going around but the beans just dont grind, i'm going out to buy a kettle, this is the worst coffee maker on the market, dont go any where need it !

Purchased Via John Lewis Online. It Is Worth Menti

Purchased via John Lewis online. It is worth mentioning that Cuisinart make the John Lewis coffee maker also under the John Lewis brand. The Grind & Brew Plus model DGB900BCU is utterly useless and whoever design this needs to be medically examined. There are many problem, but rather than make this into a rant, the key four issues are :- (1) The water is no more than luke warm (2) You cannot pour the coffee from the thermal pot easily, in fact hardly at all and you certainly cannot empty the thermal flask by pouring as a result of bad design (3) The plate the thermal flask sits on stays hot for approximately 3 minutes only. (4) Cuisinart suggest in their manual to "pre heat the flask with hot water to keep the coffee hot". This is impossible on two basis (a) the coffee is never hot and (b) the whole idea of the programable grind and brew is that you will have your coffee ready for you when you wake, so unless you get up extra early to "hot the flask" your stuffed.

Useless product and probably is indicative of all cuisinart products.
