Went online, signed up. Purchased credits. Wrote the text. Uploaded our database of numbers. But can't send as I first have to speak to a sales person. What is the point of online sign up then? During your office hours are our peak trading hours. Marketing and admin are done after hours. But you don't work then. So now I have to make a plan to suit you. When you're the supplier. Not impressed.

Easy to use, competitively priced, friendly, responsive and helpful customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Always works well. Good backup if there is a problem which is rare. We are only using basic sms at present but looking to move on to some of their other platforms.

With no work use mobiles sending texts to clients was tricky. Using Text Marketer makes it easy to send appointment reminders and important information. Replies come back to our email account which makes printing responses very simple. Cheaper than other services we've tried too, by a long way.

After using a number of other SMS platforms, I found TextMarketer on Google and decided to give it a go... can honestly say that I wish I had found them earlier.

The whole process is extremely simple and easy, the credits are applied almost instantly after purchase (the only occassion this hasn't been so is due to a Paypal hold on my payment, but the team surpassed expectation by waiving the restriction and applying temporary credits to my account so I could send out time-sensitive alerts... on a Sunday no less!)

The only small thing i would say is that there doesn't seem to be an option to create segments based on subscriber parameters or activity - but that's certainly not a show-stopper.

All-in-all a 5* service.

Fantastic service, almost immediate

Textmarketer is a great, efficent and cost effective way to keep in touch with clients and run campaigns. The staff are friendly helpful and speedly resolve any issues you may have. I have no hesitation in recommending textmarketer.
