Read a few negative reviews about this company but from my perspective - first class. Always someone to either talk to (not even a queue) or instant reply from the chatline. I actually purchased a pair of TIMBERLAND 6" chelsea boots that retail at £160.00 or if you search really hard £144.00 elsewhere online. How they can advertise it for £106.00 then offer a promotional discount that brings the price down to £76.00 is beyond me. Throw in free postage and a prepaid returns label I don't see how it could be bettered. Oh it only took 2 drays to arrive as well.

About time an updated review was done. Every item I have bought has been spot on with super quick delivery and very cheap postage. There is a live chat option which was likely never available in the past, making it much easier for anyone to liaise with the customer service

team. Lastly a pre-paid returns label is also supplied with all deliveries, they have come a long way since these poor reviews and I am incredibly particular whete I shop and would recommend BBC very highly.

Ordered a pair of android hommes and they sent me a pair of size 16 chewed up slippers it was terrible! Someone's dog has ribboned on them! Proper lookin forward to wearing them Saturday night with a nice pair of jeans but guess am wearing a pair of foockin chewed up size 16 slippers with hot pants

Brown Bag Clothing sales are not to be trusted as they increase the prices of the items when they have a sale, so basically you are paying the original price

I placed an order about a week ago with next day delivery. I'm still waiting for my item to come. I've emailed them but they havent replied back.

What a useless website, If you are from the UK and happen to be overseas the only option the website goves you is international delivery and the drop down menu of countries doesn't include trhe UK. Hello, anyone in there - people do get on aeroplanes and go places you know. Doesn't mean they stop shopping just because they aren't in the UK.

Didn't think it through did they. I'm sure they couldn't care less but I could have ordered something and that would have been a sale for them. As things stand I shall have to buy the product elsewhere from a company that has a proper website and I'll be glad to give them my money rather than these jokers. I'm not paying 15 quid (international delivery fee) to have something deleivered to an address less tahn a hundered miles from where the company is.

Also there is no e-mail contact address on the website so you can't even tell them how useless they are. Poor customer service - they don't deserve to have a successful business.

bought many times off this website and they are very good at selling clothing cheaper than in shops and delivery is good. Problems when returning items as faulty as they make you wait 5-7 days for them to recognise you've sent them a parcel then another 5-7 days for them to check if your parcel is actually faulty which I'm currently 6 days in waiting, in total I've been waiting about 13 days and they haven't even told me my item is faulty yet. Not good enough at all I feel as if they are hoping if they take a long time I'll forget about it all
