I have been buying mp3 doownloads from this company for many years. It looks like they have ceased trading, so I have lost all credit with them. DO NOT TOP UP AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM or you will lose your money! They are NOT to be trusted. They don't answer my emails requesting a reply. No chance I will get my money back.

Sent money by way of Bitcoin but never received any credit. Company did not respond when I contacted them.

Have used Gmp3 for many years without too much bother but weeks ago failed to get a connection as my server was unable to connect. Connected through other server but no help and no email to contact them on. I have money in my account and my email or password not recognised, therefore cannot get tunes or my money, this has never happened before. Checked security of site twice on different sites and it came up full marks! What the hell do I do now?

I put $30 in my account. I spent $6 of it. Then the next time I went to my account it was at $0.00. I sent email after email. No response, no music, no money. I even tried contacting them via the email thru PayPal my method of paying to no avail. High risk here!

I was lacking some CDs of old Metal Bands to complete my collection and was able to find them easily on this site. I didn't want to pay the outrageous prices they want for these hard to come by CDs but was able to find them very cheap on this site. Granted I have only been with them for a short while but haven't had any problems yet.

Sorry for my english , i'm a french canadian.I use it all weeks since 5 years and i love it. No problems with my money, No problems to find some rare music and to use the wish list if they don't have what you want. The price is good (now it's 15cent by track but with great balance bonus). I had a problem with an album one time and they did the job to resolve it. They gave me a good link to download my album and they replaced my money balance for the mistake. Many people talks about problems with their balance but did they try to write to the customer service ?? I was suspicious but i did it and they took the time to resolve the problem.

Just the best I've used. Sometimes the site doesn't find the link, but after a few tries it does. Found many artists I would not have otherwise as well as most of my more usual choices, rock, folk, classical, the lot. The similar artists it throws up can show some unusual stuff and you can listen to each track before you buy which is great. Can't say I concur with any negative points and I hope it lasts. 10/10.

I use GoldenMP3 for more than 3 years now and it works fine for me. The quality of the downloads is good. I live in the Netherlands and had never any problem paying for credits by a creditcard and downloading music.

I have had my doubt using Goldenmp3 but the fact that you can pay via PayPal made the choice for me. Love the fact that it's paypal based and the ease of uploading and use of credits.

My main point is that it lacks the music choice - most bands are not widely known or recognised, also there is not a great selection of let's say Spanish, German, Italian music....the World music section has some stuff but nothing worth mentioning.

There is a wish list - which is not bad but slow in getting ticked off. All in all i would recommend the site but mainly for the paypal fact and that it does - every now and then have amazing new stuff right at the tip of your mouse click!
