I am so disappointed with this company. Anyone wishing to spend money on good quality blinds which do not become faulty in terms of the mechanisms after 6 months of use should look for another company.

We spent over £1500 on blinds for our new house with this company and the quality is appalling, but the service is absolutely unacceptable. I’m genuinely appalled to have spent so much money with a company only to be spoken to so rudely in an attempt to resolve my issues of faulty blinds.

Several blinds have become faulty due to the poor quality product and faulty mechanisms. The repetitive response from the company was that “this was strange for a blind to become faulty”. Complete lack of ownership throughout this whole process.

I’ve just been on the phone to the manager who was nothing less than passive aggressive and rude. Talking over me, changing his stance, one moment agreeing to collect the blinds for repair then saying he has changed his mind and that he wouldn’t be abiding by his 3 year guarantee. I have sent videos clearly showing the faults yet still they refuse to collect, repair and send back out even though their website clearly states that’s what they would do if fault occur within the first year. The company have outright refused to honour their 3 year guarantee and I am liaising with citizens advice and trading standards regarding this matter.

Overall I’m so disappointed with their customer service and product quality.

I purchased two small blinds and found the quality to be too low for me. I did not fit the blinds and they went in the bin. I am not sure how people rave about the quality unless they believe polyester blinds are quality? I most certainly don't. I was not aware they would be made from polyester and would never have bought them should I have known. Total waste of money and they took much longer to arrive than stated. Didn’t find customer service helpful at all.

Having waited two weeks for my vertical blinds already-just been advised that they are out of stock of track! Bit like a butcher having no meat.....Not advised earlier and they said they could not have known they would run out of track - poorly run business if you ask me. My advise go somewhere else and check they have all parts in stock before you order!

Extremely good value for money. The staff are super people to deal with, the blinds fit perfectly and look wonderful. The delivery was fast, I could not be happier.

Have just installed your fabulous window blinds and have to say I’m delighted with them. If anyone out there is looking to buy blinds online then don’t look any further. Excellent service from start to finish and a great quality product.

Great company to deal with. Easy to use website. The blinds were easy to install, look great and the measurements were perfect. All of this at excellent prices and fast delivery, I will certainly use them again!

The blinds arrived on time, they were extremely easy to fit and have really added the finishing touches to the lounge. I would recommend then and I will be using them again in the near future.

English Blinds delivered a fantastic service. I urgently needed a black out blind for a visitor. They were able to suggest fabric they had in stock and told me later that day the blind was already despatched. The courier kept me informed too. The online instructions for fitting were great and we had them fitted fifteen minutes after arrival. Great service! Many thanks

Ordered 4 made to measure wooden venetian blinds. They arrived withing a week and are excellent quality. There are exactly as the website pictures. To be honest I have 2 other Laura Ashley blinds (which were 3 times as expensive) and you wouldnt notice the difference! The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because the pelmets didnt fit and I had to cut a bit of the pelmet end to fit in the recesses but it was only slightly out and you dont notice it at once Id sawn it o.ff. Ive ordered another 4 blinds
