Stay Clear.
We bough a Square Rain Shower at the Grand Design show in London, 2018.
The sales person sold us the product for £79.95 claiming that it was £20 off their regular online price.
We checked their on-line price back home. It turned out that their online price is £79.95 and -25% off and free delivery. Really? This completely destroyed our trust in the company.
And, I did not even mention that this shower head is very noisy - it sucks in air into the head and makes a terrible noise -, and that it reduces the water pressure so much that it takes ages to wash off the soap.

Brilliant Shower Heads
We bought two of these as our water pressure is low and showering was not the best experience. But these shower heads are brilliant. The water pressure seems better.Would definitely recommend the shower head.

Don't Waste Your Money
Bought this for our low pressure gravity system. No better than previous. Leaked back through air hole after use. Sent it back for advertised refund, but my postage to return was not refunded, so the claim "you have nothing to lose" is not 100% true.
Asda shower head is better.
A Great Improvement
Pleasant informative call centre staff. I received my Jetstream plus in four days.
Has made a great difference to my Triton electric shower, now have an acceptable flow of constant temperature water.
Would recommend.

Electric Shower Disappointment
My Triton electric shower provides hot water, but operating on low pressure, dribbles from the shower head. The Jetstream system, drawing in air to give the impression of a power shower, while using the same amount of water or less, and using less electricity appealed to me. The shower head looks good, a bigger head, and fitted well to my existing shower arm. The water jet generated is a great improvement. However, the relative temperature achieved from the same heat setting results in a COLD shower. On maximum heat setting, using MORE electricity, a luke-warm effect achieved. Maybe this system is effective on a high pressure system, but it is only effective on low pressure systems if you want a cool shower. Even then, will cost more on electricity usage
I would have liked to know this before purchase. Have since descaled old shower head and reinstated it.

Plastic Tat. Blew My Shower. Avoid.
I was sold the Ecocamel Orbit showerhead a week ago at a self-build show. When it arrived I fitted it to my electric shwer (the salesman assured me it was fit for this puspose.) It immediately caused my shower to fail.
The plumber said it had blown my pressure release device. He reset it and we refitted my original shower head and it is working fine now. However, the plumber says once the valve has been popped, it is likely to pop again, so I'll need to fit a new one when it arrives.
Much expense and inconvenience.
I tried it in a regular shower; it worked OK but wasn't a patch on the head it replaced. It is not fit for purpose and I am sending mine back.

Needs Further Development
I thought the shower head was okay, the way it channelled the water certainly gave the impression of increased flow. unfortunately I could not fix it to my traditional style riser so I could not use it. If they could find a way of developing a traditional style showerhead with the same technology they could probably find a market for it.

Eco-babble!
I bought one of these shower heads as a reader offer in The Sun newspaper which I never normally read but there was one lying around at work.
The advert promised a powerful jet and increased economy and I ordered one although I thoght it was expensive, even with £5 off. Carriage was a further £5 or so.
When the shower head came I attached it to my electric shower and found very little difference in the performance. The Ecocamel head has a small hole in the back and water leaks out of it- I think they call this a venturi and it mixes water bubbles with the water. I was not happy so phoned Ecocamel to return the head. They said I had to pay for postage so I kept the free hose that they sent with the head. However they said they couldn't process the refund without me also returning the 'free' hose! I then had to pay more postage returning the hose. I was therefore about £7 out of pocket and still had no shower head.
I went to Asda and purchased a shower head that works well for about £3. Was not impressed with Ecocamels product or customer service and would never buybout of Sun newspaper again!

Shower To Power
Brilliant, turns a poor shower into a power shower ,you will not be disappointed, when it said saves water, that is not a big problem because not on a meter and no shortage of water in this area, but this British invention saved me from changing my shower, because 3 females in the house hold spend ages 30 minutes a time washing their hair because the shower has to be turned low to get the heat but now plenty of pressure and heat, can't praise it enough
Saw it in the mail on Sunday, saw it was a British inventor and bought it, put up with a poor shower for years and got earache when the girls hair washing came round, but now a power SHOWER, just try it you will be amazed, I was.

Superb Experience
I only bought the Jetstorm shower head 2 months ago, but oh what a difference to our pressure it has made!
Although designed to work on different shower systems, it is an ideal choice for those with poor water pressures. We have a manual mixer that is gravity fed from a cold water cistern and a hot water cylinder, and this head has really given us a worthwhile improvement.
The showerhead is lightweight and is ideal for use in a hard water area as it can be easily disassembled to clean it from the inside.
A great accessory for any bathroom!
Q&A
I ordered 2 shower heads which were through an advertisement in the Sunday Mail on the 20th February by cheque. The cheque was cashed on 27th February but no showerheads have been received. What has happened to my order? What should I do? Thank you.
My experience of their customer service was poor.
If you paid by card or Paypal get your money back from the card or Paypal and buy a shower-head elsewhere. I got mine from Asda at a quater of the price of Ecoflannel one and it was fine.
